Australia is at more stronger positions with two settled batsmen with fifty plus scores.
Unfortunately the run machine Warner got out without fifty. Australia seems to score 500+ here on their first innings. You may see the poor running of West Indies will continue here also.

Yes Australia looks very stronger with a loss of only one wicket at 190 runs in 49th over. Usman Khawaja once again proves his good form here. He and burns will hit century here, it seems there are more chances for that. I guess this test match must be a easy predicting for all gamblers here.

New Zealand won this match by 7 wickets in t20 style played very fast and chase this target in just 21 overs McCullum played with his natural style and that is why it completed this so quick.

New Zealand vs Sri Lanka, 1st ODI

pls any tips for first inning score.

I think it will be under 240 ?

I think cricket predicting how much score one score is very difficult task so I never predict like that but I feel in this match NZ may win and they have more than 80% chance to win this match.

SL all top batsman scored less than double digit but only the current pair ( Siriwardana and Kulasekara ) scored more than 100 runs together so if this partnership continue than I can say SL will surely score more than 240 runs.

SL already lost all there wickets for just 188 runs, tt was a very bad performance from this SL team. SL was very bad situation when match was started because they lost there top orders 5 wickets just for 27 but later Siriwardana and Kulasekara put some decent runs, otherwise they mostly were all out for less than 100 runs.

In another match Australia lost there first wicket for 64 runs but I still feel Austral will surely win this test match also because WI is not so strong to face Australian bowlers.

Sri Lanka just did perform as I predicted. New Zealand is always more stronger in their home conditions. I got some decent profits once I put my odds on New Zealand when Sri Lanka got bowled out within 200 runs. The unexpected thing is they chased down the 188 runs with 21 overs at above 9 runs per over.

Today SL performance was really very bad and particularly the batting was worst. New Zealand won this match with seven wicket and with 29 overs to spare! Baz and Guptill opened the chase with a flurry of boundaries. Baz blazed to a 23 ball fifty.

Australia at tea time just last one wicket for 193 runs. It looks like this match also they may win with very big margin like the first match.

Sri Lanka was so bad lost first 5 wickets on 27 runs so that i was looking much it will cross 100 runs i think that was very poor performance ever i seen because it is world class but played like a club team. Tongue

Australia is right on top here... Khawaja almost at his century and so is Burns. Kemar Roach isn't performing.

I am speechless what a massive victory by New Zealand it happened as expected no doubt it took great advantage of that tricky pitch and that was the reason failure of Sri Lankan team anyway i will give credit of New Zealand all around performance it was simply the best in all department.

New Zealand was out of imagination today with its brilliant performance i think bowlers did a wonderful job to restrict Sri Lanka at low score 188 runs but opening partnership of New Zealand played like storm and get quick 100 runs in just 10 overs there.

Now both batsmen scored century Burns and Khawaja playing so superb at the moment this partnership is going to reach almost 200 runs i think West Indies should go to bat first after winning the toss there as like this pitch is very supportive for batsmen.

Sri Lanka got unlucky into this first ODI it was much hard for it to understand that type of grassy and bouncy track most of the Asian team are not familiar with kind that of pitches so that is why they are getting failed into New Zealand.

I think so Australian batsmen playing very nice and score the 200 runs partnership i think now they are relaxed with kind of great performance.

Yes the Australian dominance continues. I do not understand why west Indies agreed to play on Boxing day when they would have been spending this time with family along with Christmas. Because WI was unable to perform well in their own soil against Australia now they are getting their rank go below again playing in foreign conditions. Any way easy guessing for any gamblers here.

Yes absolutely. Due to politics in their cricket board, most of the skillful west Indies players are not playing this test series. This might be one of the reason for their poor performance.
Australia are more stronger after 70 overs with 270+ runs on board with loss of only one wicket.

what you all said is correct all the experienced and talented players are playing in other country T20 country matches instead of playing for their country matches. this is purely because of proprem with west indies cricket board internally,

and other countries are cahing out this oppurtunity by playing with inexperience players and winning matches. australia is in good control of the current match and mostly if in first inning of west indies they will make them all out and give follow on as per my view.

Australia is winning by a good margin so far. Sad to see Davie go for such a low score though.

England is not playing well.
Both openers back in the pavilion for low scores.
South Africa were favourites before the match began, now they must be further ahead.

south africa won the toss and elected to field,

England are 42/2 in 17 overs, they were 2 down for 12 and now this two are playing some sensible cricket, but still they have to go long way and if they score above 250+ then i think this can be competative score.

South african steyn took both wickets in starting and they are just tighting the position and trying to get england allout for under 200

South Africa is doing good work and has already picked up 3 wickets of England's team.I think this will play key role in the fate of this test match and will take it in the favor of South Africa.SA has odds @1.58 which are not bad to place at this stage.
