Yes it is true that the Namibian cricket team improved themselves a lot from the past but I don't think the way you are saying they did that much better performance against the Hong Kong team.

I have been watching Nam performance better and struggle after a long time and I used to consider them my favourite team but they showed some poor performance last year which diverted my attention from them but now they are struggle to play better. Nam played much better against them their players scored runs very fast so their target became so big and that is where they won. HK players were also struggle but they were not very strong so they lost by less runs. If HK players had scored runs fast then their performance could have winning them and that would have made them winning in these 5 games. Nam players who played hard and put pressure on the other team so they were defending themselves in this game. And their strength got them the won.
