Only full member nations are allowed to take part in the qualifiers. This means that top-ranked associates such as Netherlands and lower ranked full member nations such as Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will not even get a chance to take part in the qualifiers.

Actually to be honest I am really ashamed after seeing the performance of Bangladesh team in this test format, even on the second innings Bangladesh team couldn't score more than 185 Run. Where the Bangladeshi supported didn't count the Zimbabwe team especially their bowlers it actually being totally opposite.

Here the Zimbabwean bowlers performed even better, as a result of which the Bangladeshi cricketers went towards a disaster situation. After an even first innings, I had some hopes in the second innings, but no one could fulfill that. On the other hand, the Zimbabwean team won by playing one innings.

In few days, Odi series between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe team will begin with total of 3 games to be played. Test game between two teams ended today and Bangladesh team performed very poorly and lost this game. Now question is, will Bangladesh perform same disappointing effort in odi and t20 as well? Zimbabwe team won this test game by innings and 85 runs. In 1 st turn, Bangladesh team made 140 runs and mominul batsmen only made more than 50 runs and other batsmen batted poor and made few runs. Newman bowler helped alot team in bowling and took down 4 wickets in 1 st turn and added 2 more wickets in 2 nd turn. Innocent batsmen got player of game award because his valuable contribution helped team to win game in batting and made century 140 runs. From what I heard, they limited the number of participants to 6, since this is the first time that cricket is introduced to modern Olympics. Hopefully during the 2032 edition, the number of participants maybe expanded. Due to the very short duration of Olympic Games (usually less than 3 weeks), it is difficult to include a large number of teams. Also, availability of quality grounds is a concern. Things would be much better during the 2032 Summer Olympics, which will be hosted by Brisbane. BTW, I am not in favor of giving automatic qualification to USA. Instead of USA, they could have included either Pakistan or New Zealand in the tournament.
