One can buy user accounts at any level. I would bet that a senior account is less than 0.75BTC and so this was a profitable scam. If you insist on trading outside of an exchange then you absolutely MUST use escrow. I'm afraid that the only way to get your funds back is if the scammers decides to do it.

I am sorry to say that, but you should ve seen that coming. Any user refusing to use escrow gets a big red mark and instantly become suspicious. Doesnt matter that he is a senior member. Especially when you check his trust you can see (prior to the negative trust he has been given now) that he has very few confirmed transactions and is absolutely not a trustworthy member

Just a good lesson to use escrow in this forums next time.

Thanks.

Neteller is reversible.

Hopefully you learned from this. Stop trusting people based on forum rank and trust. In this case, neither should have gave you a reason to send first anyway.

I already bought BTC with that money so no point in this. That's clearly all, easy peasy.

tsk, what a shame. people need to stop believing someone just because of their rank. I know this guy is shady when I saw him auctioning his signature space and wanted to be paid upfront without escrow.

You really want to give it back?
I know that who ever gave you the neg trust would certainly remove your bad ratings, after all your account would then be clean.
Just do one good thing, make a return please, it would be good for you to be honest and not a bad guy but a good guy, go on you know you can do this, no one deserves this... tell me would you like anything like this happen to you?

And its gone.
