What needs attention now is the ETH, where it must be able to maintain its position and also improve its quality. Because the altcoin competition that is happening now is increasing rapidly and there is an EOS whose rank is increasing which has the opportunity to be able to shift the ETH from its position. While Bitcoin is the king of Crypto, its position is still safe to remain in place.

these are different coins and their purpose. Bitcoin will take a leading position for a long time. Ethereum is also present in my portfolio, and now it is well lowered, you need to pick it up while it is at the bottom!

I do not think that Eth comes to the forefront, there are too many minuses, in comparison with bitcoin, and even more so in the market right now they just heat eth to buy a lot, and what will happen next is not yet clear.

For today, I would not say so. The Ether's rate went down sharply. And it is very difficult to predict now. But hope does not die. We will wait for a full recovery. Then you can judge who will be in the top of the best.

Perhaps you could be right but tis will be possible not in the nearest time at all. ETH has to do so much to be stronger and to become really competitive coin to BTC.

ETH will allow $2T of underground economy to become more structured (and possibly less underground) through DAOs.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2013/04/23/americas-2-trillion-shadow-economy-is-the-recessions-big-winner/

If it captures 1% of that $2T, it is equivalent to $20B, which would put ETH somewhere around $150. Those who sell for $2 will shit bricks, eat sand and may even commit suicide in the years to come. If it captures 10% of that ETH will be $1500. I know it sounds crazy, but so did the Internet in 1995.

Once it's launched their main focus will be on scalability, which I think is the real reason crypto is not ready for mainstream. Once they can handle 100K TPS (and I'm sure they will), it's game over.
I do not agree with this phrase. In my own opinion, this ETH can compete  against bitcoin in the near future. But bitcoin still going to be the future since it is more rated than ETH.

Many people think that this is not so, although I also feel that Ethereum is much more promising and necessary for many spheres and industries. A Bitcoin is just an exchange coin and nothing more, but Bitcoin is tied to the entire crypto-market.

I don't think so because look at the market situation we have seen there is a huge downfall in the market when the Bitcoin price starts decreasing. Most of the altcoin price completely depends on the price of Bitcoin only. So, i hope Bitcoin is the always dominant currency which it is impossible for ETH to secure Bitcoin position.

For now ethereum has not been able to become the future of Crypto but either in the future because for this matter it is still difficult to predict, for now I think Bitcoint remains the best for crypto, for some years later we also do not know whether this bitcoint can be overthrown by ethereum or not because indeed the world of cryptocurrency is full of mystery and surprise

Current btc market cap stood at more than 50% of total market cap and Bitcoin still rules the crypto world. Ethereum started on a big note and after making a all time high its been falling down everyday. No signs of recovery present on ethereum.

It is difficult to remove the sentiment value attached to bitcoin even if it's inefficient or of  less use.it is the first choice tool when you consider creating an asset of value especially long term. Wall Street investors envy bitcoin

I would say that it is the other way around. The entire market is tied up with Bitcoin. The market would not exist if ti wasn't for Bitcoin and I cannot imagine what will look like if Bitcoin is not the first coin.

i think we will hear and see a lot of both coins in the future. bitcoin will remain the king and eth probably the second coin. but that is just my personal opinion.

I think that is not true. Bitcoin will be improved and made to be better and faster once all miners agree. I think segwit is going to happen and blocksize increased.

I hope so. The bitcoin is getting less important day after day due to the small block size.

yes true ! Most of the time trading  is mostly done in ETH due to its low price while bitcoin is a big currency. And also some countries willing to use ETH block chain for trading. So ETH is regarded as more successful than BTC at present.
they become the future for Cryptocurrency. with the ability to develop the Ethereum owned as well as making them capable of coins that Bitcoin is very able to reliably. In addition to progress Cryptocurrency is also capable of his generation.

Many do not agree.. Now when Etherium hooked in price, along with the entire market.. everyone started panicking and lost hope in it... Bitcoin looks much more stable...

we respect your perception, but we cannot say that directly. Yes ethereum can be the future of cryptocurrency but now it is not possible, since bitcoin is a good quality coin and has a good potential value, while ethereum price now takes a deep slippage of its price, but i think it can surely comeback, however not to surpass the value of bitcoin.

How can you be so certain. No one knows what the future holds and even if we are to take chances and make claims based on analysis, it is clear that Bitcoin is performing incredibly greater than what Ethereum does. Remember, without Bitcoin in the game, the whole crypto market will go down because Bitcoin has gained the trust of about 80% of investors on the crypto market.

Why would always so many people do such comparisons between Ethereum and Bitcoin when those two have their own unique features or characteristics to be either greater or better than the other one. It is not basically about the pricing that we must consider to state that a crypto can become our real future in terms of being a cryptocurrency. It is just that it must be capable to changes that allows it to adapt in time to survive for longer usage because if the price goes real high but just for a short period of time, it is just likely to be nonsense because we people are up into long term usage for long term benefits to be gained from it. Lastly, there is no such direct relation to always compare Bitcoin and Ethereum because both are maximizing and exercising their capabilities and limits to become more beneficial in different ways as possible.
