We need to decide on a stake% we need to decide on min stake age, and we need to decide on the size of the superblocks. Placebo, I believe your role will be the dev. Everyone so far has looked to you for guidance. I think its best that you start a new moderated thread with the new ROS V2 coin and that way we can do votes and let the community decide. After the votes are in, then you would edit the OP with new specs.Then you need to create that wallet with the specs that are decided, or have someone create it for you. Once the wallet is posted, then I will start sending the new coins out according to the ratio. So there is a roadmap of the order of things for you to do:

1. Create new OP calling it ROS V2 with logo only explaining that we are collecting votes.
2. While the votes are happening we can open up the swap. Anyone that needs to swap will need to send me an email first for instructions to info@bitcoinlasvegas.net
3. Start a vote on something, maybe stake percent.
4. Continue running different votes, and use the votes to structure the wallet. As votes are finalized add to OP
5. When all the votes are in, create the wallet. If you code, do it yourself, if you cant code, we will need to put a small premine in for Escrow for the dev. Muddafudda is a fantastic dev, so if you dont code, just be honest and we can find someone to do it.
6. When wallet is complete post it to the OP, I will begin sending the funds to the new wallet addresses.

While people are voting it gives people time to submit their swapped coins.

Thank you for your vote. I like to hear users thoughts. 50% could be good, and grab attention, BUT if the min stake time is one day , it will inflate worse than it did at 30%. There ended up being 75 Million coins, thats why V1 ended up worthless. So depending on what stake percent gets voted on, will determine my min stake time. I want to keep the money supply as low as possible , that will keep prices high. 50% is a good rate,BUT it would have to have a min 7 day stake time to hold its value, and even go higher . See Diamond coin. It is 50% , BUT it has a 9 day min stake period. After 2 years there are only 1.1 million coins, thats why its 180,000 sat per coin.

Well we are going to give the dev time to respond, otherwise I think I will do the entire takeover. because I love the plan and it will end up being an amazing coin. from what I have seen Placebo/Godivacoin (same person) has done very little work on this coin, but the plan is so good, I dont want to let it die. Well.. not so fast. Ive been honest about everything, that I have told you. Who says Bittrex will not add FLY for free? I am VERY connected in the cryptocoin community, and speak with many of the professional devs. So please give me a chance before you pass judgement. I am confused myself... but honestly i want to found out why this is possible, or how this happened. Was there somekind of fork, and when did it happen, why did Bittrex not trigger their alarm as the number of coins was more then expected. Bittrex has several checkpoints, so they should have notice something. They notice it with BT when there was something wrong, other coins also were put on hold when something went wrong, so why didn't Bittrex not identify this problem.... checking with Richie when he is awake. Have to talk with him anyway about ROS.
