Yeah most of the loaners are going to borrowing some bitcoins for them to cover up their other unpaid loans. And as long as they are able to provide some collateral then the lenders are going to help them for their needs. But I think for those people who are loaning just to gamble even they are paying earlier that is not helpful.

You need to borrow bitcoins at the best moment such as when the price of the bitcoin is at his lowest and that is the only thing i know when it is usefull to borrow the bitcoins.

That doesn't work cause when you borrow 5 bitcoin then they want their 5bitcoin back no matter what the value i would think.
Or maybe you can buy 5 for low price then sell at high and then buy more back and have profit like that.

Loans are too good for business purposes even in short term. I have experience in both bitcoin loans and physical loans, both were very much handy to solve my emergency needs.

But going for loan for gambling or other similar purposes is not recommended as you will need to pay back with some interest from your salary/other income source. It means you are throwing out some money for the need of your entertainment. It is very bad.

the aggrement will tie both parties i guess it the best ways to practice loan services, we can do that in times that we really needed btc, i will barrow btc when some good alt coin project was showing good movements that the best time to barrowed for investment and re pay after earnings.

Yeah and the problem is widespread, I do not go to the lending sub forum that much but out of curiosity I saw some threads and a lot of users asking for a loan are doing it for gambling purposes.
