I dont think they have upgraded yet. I tweeted them few days ago abt the latest update but it seems like they did nothing.
Can you try to let them know abt your Withdraw issue?

I contacted them and I have received my coins, seems like they finally upgraded and their wallet is syncing now.

Yes! we will have a multipool or a number of multipool setup for GSY. We will get in contact with some multipool services
by February after the Switch to the New Bitcoin core and the release beta of Confront.
All you need to do right now is keep staking or skynoding as much you can - We will have a Huge marketing for Confront
and a total new look for GenesysGaming Wallet.

I was contacted on Skype abt people panicking and selling their GSY just because of the dev team not posting anything on the thread.
The thing is there was no news to post until we get the next release out. I see that people forgot all the hard work we have done so far
on Genesys Project and still have no faith in the project. We cannot just leave GSY when we are almost over half to get Confront done
and switching the currency core to something new from bitcoin core.
There will be a Time when we will no longer use Bitcointalk forum to post news and updates and that time will come in few months.
The things are Slow right now doesn't mean the Project is being abandoned - Our priority right now is to make the core solid and secure
before releasing the next features one by one and before the coin gets some serious attention.

Sorry for those who dumped their coins cheap for nothing and Thank you to those who
still believe and continue to support Genesys.

I think BigCat45 was asking abt some drafts for the New GamingWallet - which we havent started on the redesign process until we get the Switch to the New
Bitcoin Core and the release of Confront beta then we will focus on the redesign of the New Look for the GamingWallet (probably on version 2.0.0)
