Chelsea should sign a new coach. Its clear this is not working right now and they need fresh start next season. They have some good players and good abilites to play better.
Well... That's not a problem with Abramovich. I mean he's one of those club owners who embraced the idea of changing the manager whenever he isn't happy with the outcome. It's why we have such a a crappy football culture (in that aspect) today. And it made the players whiny. Lol. They still have the Euopean League to salvage and even thiugh it's not as big as the Champion's League tropy it is still an award that their fans would appreciate. Like what tokeweed has said it won't be a problem for the owner to have a new manager managing the team as Chelseas still has the money to do so. But one of the factor that can change Abramovich's mind is if they win the European League, maybe it would be enough for him to test Sarri out for at least another season.

Without Abramovich Chelsea would be nothing. Before he arrived they won nothing. The reason they’re not as good now is that we have the emergence of LFC & Man City. When Chelsea were dominating there was only really Man Utd who were great. Now LFC & Man City have just as much money as Chelsea. Spurs are a good team too, I think Abramovich is bored at Chelsea now too, he doesn’t invest as much money.
I think Abramovic is just waiting for the right time, He'd definitely invest big one any player he deemed worthy, most especially a centre forward, Chelsea have been known to always spend big on CFs although, they've not have a lot of luck on players playing that position. The transfer market these days is filled with overly hyped and overpriced mediocrity which I think is the main reason a lot of teams are holding back. This is why NBA and other leagues have salary caps. Football/soccer is a rich man's game and the owners with the deepest pockets see the most results. Roman obtained his money in very shady ways and he used his wealth to buy the top players around the world. Some see this is perfectly fine while some say it as taking shortcuts to win trophies instead of developing your own players.

I don’t remember the source but I read that Abramovich wants to pull his money out of the UK now. Maybe he is washing his hands of Chelsea & looking for a buyer.
We will have to wait & see.
That could be somewhat true, with a Brexit in place ? Or the Britian having to leave the E.U, I won't be surprised he wants out.

What? Chelsea lose again? They have the worst form in the premier league big teams at the moment without counting fixtures against the other big teams of course. Win, lose, win, lose. Cannot blame them for wanting to ensure progress in the Europa but to lose 2-0 to Everton is just a poor performance. They need strikers badly, even if they don't make champions league spots.
So in this situation when all over the world that game is being play better not to put new players, I think they should focus more on the players they have and try to find some more harmonious way to make them pay well, rather than thinking about transferring new player lose/win, lose/win is good but 2-0 is not suitable for Chelsea to keep its level high.

Even if they wanted to buy new players, they can't for the next two transfer window due to the FIFA ban for underage buying and selling of payers. Right niw Chelsea stand a chance of losing payers as the ban didn't affect them selling players and we all know hazard needs to play at the champion league level and Chelsea aren't ready for that yet.

now we focus again on the standings, namely liverpool who returned on the top with a difference of 2 points from man.city but man.city there is still one more game to play. if man.city wins, then Liverpool will go down again with a 1 point gap.
what do you think about this? will Liverpool win the league this season or "next years"?

Manchester city and Liverpool have such a great opportunity to win the EPL title this season. They have the opportunity to be the best in the Premier League. In calculations, the other teams will find it difficult to get to the position of the citizen and the reds. All the two teams need to do is not lose the important point. EPL is left with a few more matches and that is a very important point.

It sucks that it’s the international break now. There’s so much to play for at both ends of the table. Liverpool & City are slugging it out like two of the great heavyweights in round 12 to become champion. Arsenal, Spurs, United & Chelsea are trying to squeeze 4 into 2 to get the remaining CL spots.
Fulham & Huddersfield look relegated already in 19th & 20th but there’s only 2 points seperating Cardiff in 18th & Burnley & S’ton in 17th & 16th.
It’s the final straight of the race now & we have a God damn international break.

I say rebuild and stick with Sarri for the next 4 years or so. It creates stability and more long term progress. Best example I can think of is City with Pep. Yeah sure they've spent a ton of money, but it isn't like how United's is spending post Fergie. City has been setting up themselves for Pep's arrival when they hired Serrano and Begiristain.

Fernando Torres Makes 35 today. Just a day shy of my Birthday What are your most memorable moments in Fernando's Footballing career at a high level? Mine are; 1. That 90th minute goal against Barcelona after coming in as a substitute that got Barcelona eliminated out of the 2012 UCL competition. 2. Scoring the winning goal against Germany in the EURO 2008 Final. Image source: BBC.com

I'm very certain both Fulham & Huddersfield will get relegated, even though mathematically, It's possible for both team to stay in the premier league. There haven't been any kind of fight for survival produced from either of both teams, I think both Southampton and Burnley will avoid getting relegated eventually.

I say rebuild and stick with Sarri for the next 4 years or so. It creates stability and more long term progress.
In modern football, top teams rarely plan a project for the long-term. For a manager, it's either immediate succes (in one way or another, the end goal involves the CL) or get the sack. Look at Real Madrid for instance, we signed Solari on a 3-year contract, but he failed to win a single title this year so he was sacked. Look at Pep in Bayern, even though he won the league three times in a row, he couldn't win the CL so he was sacked...Or Conte in Chelsea, he won the EPL in 2017, plus he signed a new contract until 2019, but he was sacked last year for not qualifying to the next CL. So I wouldn't be surprised if Sarri gets sacked for not finishing top 4...Although, I think sacking him will also depend on whether the transfer ban will start in the next transfer window or in January 2020. I celebrated as if my country had won the World Cup lol

Does anyone know exactly about UCL qualification? here there is a possibility that 4th place does not guarantee UCL next season. For example, Chelsea wins League Europe and finish six on the table, Tottenham win CL and finished on 5th place. as winners, they have his place in CL. As the limited number of clubs from one league to five, fourth place it will not be enough for next season in CL.

no, I saw representatives of Spain in the past few years there have been 5 representatives because all of them are Europa League and Real Madrid champions as UCL champions. so the order of 1 to 4 stays in, and sevilla is added again. I still remember, or am I wrong?

It is like that but it is also based on performance.Back in the days where Serie A was a big league for real 4 teams were already qualified, now only 3 are qualified directly the 4th team goes through the final stage of qualifiers in Champions League preliminary. It should be the same for any other league but Spain and England have 4 teams directly qualified.

It is so funny for Torres to be remembered for the goal against Barca when he was a Chelsea player and he made the worst performance of his career. As a Chelsea fan this would be my favorite moment of Torres. He made us glad eliminating Barcelona.

Hey for Champions League only the top four teams from Epl can qualify, now let’s take your hypothetical situation in consideration then it’ll be Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea in the CL next year. Also there’s word on the street that Manchester City is going to be banned from Champions League that means the fifth placed team will get in. However I really doubt Chelsea and Tottenham can win Europa and Champions League respectively.
