Another great win by Liverpool, but everything but a victory tonight would have been a major surprise. Liverpool seems to be in great shape for their semifinal against Barcelona in the Champions League.

I'm not surprised at all, Huddersfield is the lowest rank on premier league and not surprised with the result from Liverpool. The next is Man City vs Leicester City, i hope Leicester can make a good fight in this match. Please at least get a draw Leicester! So liverpool can win in this year!

Liverpool are due for premier league title, but Man City doesn't deserve it any less than Liverpool.
Whatever happens, whoever wins would have thoroughly deserved it between both teams, they've set a pace for each other and for other teams to emulate, thanks to both teams, the premier league is still worth keeping a close eye on, I can't imagine the premier with just one of them winning the league with about 7-8 games to spare, wouldn't that be pathetic ?

I watched the match with one eye because it was quite boring. First half was nothing special and then I expected better second half from Spurs but they didn't come out of the dressing room. I guess their mind is already on CL. West Ham was better team throughout the second half and they deserved a win. Lloris had some great saves while Spurs didn't create anything. Spurs attack with Lorente and Jensen looks almost comical.

I actually missed this completely, shame as would have bagged a nice underdog win had I paid attention, then again who can bank on them to lose at home after looking like the best of the rest?

Looks like they really are eye on Champs League after all. Their mistake though, because at this stage there really isn't much in between the games. Even for Liverpool they can't afford to take chances and the closest between a league game and Barca is 3 days. Maybe turn that into 2 after travel and rest... Then again Salah came to play a day after a 48 hour flight arrangement. There wasn't no jet lag there.

Anyway, everyone has everything to fight for now I'll say, except the teams facing City. Or is there something for Leicester to go for? 7th spot maybe and an extra place i. Europe since in all likelihood fa cup, europa and maybe even cl winners already qualify via league position? Anyone knows if 7th is something special?

The Odds for West Ham were somewhat appealing, although I didn't bet on the match either so that's about ~9.70x going down the drain.

Going by that match details, West Ham seemed the better side with chances created and attempts on goal and Tottenham played the game with arguably their best available XI.

Watched the 2nd half, and West Ham totally deserved the win, game could've ended 0-3 but they wasted so many chances, Spurs were awful in both defending and attacking.

Btw, the top 4 race keeps being a joke, can't imagine how frustrated the fans must feel right now, every team just keeps giving the others the chance to stay in the race...Now I'm expecting Arsenal to drop points against Leicester and Man Utd vs Chelsea to end with a draw :/

You're right Huddersfiled match was an easy win match for Liverpool but Liverpool won the match because they put their best in it and they never underestimate the Huddersfield town.
Meanwhile, the Man City match against the Leicester City will be different cause it usually a threat for Man City and if you check their previous game you'll understand what I mean.

Spurs are doing a Spurs. It happens most seasons at this time of year when they choke & fall out of contention for any trophy that they were competing for.

I really can't believe the Europe contention teams, first Tottenham was ahead of all of them but started to lose a lot of games and managed to make it competitive for the 4-5-6th spots to catch up with them while beating city to go to semi finals (these are all really weird enough) than arsenal and Manchester united managed to lose 3 of their last 5 games when they needed to win like every single one of them to stay competitive.

Chelsea having one loss and one draw looks like the best outcome from all of them even though any team there should had at least 4 wins and a draw at worst. I really can't think of any more incompetent team than these 4 teams, they have been so fucking bad for sports bettors than I am not going to bet on any of them from now on until they fix how they are.

I think match day 37 both Man City and Liverpool have danger matches as we know Man City seem to struggle against Leicester City even playing at home so we could see Man City drop points. Also Newcastle playing at home against Liverpool can be a danger game for Liverpool, could we see a classic like we did in the 96/97 season where Liverpool put s stop to Newcastle charge for the title. Now Newcastle can stop Liverpool winning the title in this upcoming match.

Me too. Let's hope Burnley makes this match interesting. I am quite sure they will give their best since they lost last 2 games against City with 5:0 results. They will want some revenge. The question is if anything they throw at City will be enough. I

Spurs are the fallout kids here, these guys were in the safe zone with a few games to go, and then from nowhere started dropping points like someone hit the self destruct button..i think Arsenal stands a better chance to make the cut...the Red Devils seem to be jinxed after Ole inked the managerial role

I do not know what is happening with Arsenal, lost 3 times in a row is very bad for a team like Arsenal. Even worst, they lost against medioker teams. Must be something wrong with Arsenal's strategy.
City's first half ends with no goals. Sure it makes City's fans a bit worry.

So far so good for me. I got a Leicester/Chelsea 7/1 parlay that I thought would get off to a tough start but Vardy, Rodgers and co taught Arsenal a lesson from the ex-Champions. Burnley even only allowed 2 shots on target and all in the last 15 mins of first half. Only 1 attacking move from the home team though but no cards is a good thing. I'm a bit of an idiot and bet on Burnley (I considered a handicap instead but odds were pretty shite), but I've been betting against City for many games now waiting for them to slip.

I think Chelsea will be too brittle for United, wounded from 5 losses in 7 games since OGS took charge, but then again Hazard does love going up against the Big 6, so I may get some betting joy today.

Arsenal are bottling their chances of finishing top four at every opportunity they get.

It was a hard fought win for Man City over Burnley, but they did get the 3 points, and that's all matters to them now, I guess.
