Sarri left because the fans treated him like shit, the players tried to control the dressing room & he was shown no respect by the whole club. He got them CL football & won a trophy, he should be respected.
true, i still remember when Kepa didn't want to be replaced with another player. most chealsea player not respect him as a manager, but with this situation sarri can winning UEL. i know he will be much better if leave from chealse and now he have a great team with juventus

I never heard him say anything like this even after he left. Italians are always Italians, they don't like it abroad. He got his first trophy in Chelsea after 29 years and he made top 4, that's success. He was just stubborn with Jorghino's position and was not ready to explain his decision but later justify it towards the end of the season. Chelsea has sacked coaches with similar cases in the past.

Frank Lampard is announced as the new Chelsea's Manager. I think he will do great. He is already respected in the whole league and especially from Chelsea fans, so they are reluctant to see results. Also, everyone knows that he will do his best with the current players as Chelsea suffers from financial fairplay restrictions.
I think this move is too early for Lampard. Chelsea don’t tend to give their managers time in the job, it would be very detrimental to Lampard's career if he gets sacked. I suppose because he’s a Chelsea legend Abramovich might be more lenient if things don’t go well but I think this move is a couple of seasons too early for him. Chelsea is a top team that would prefer an experience manager better than Lampard. I also hope his antecedent with previous managers, working with other players to send managers away, wont hunt him. Now he wants his English counterparts as his coaching crew, Ashley cole etc, this is not derby county, it wont work like that. My only consolation and motivation is the era of Guardiola at Barcelona, He also got no experience then but made good run as a coach. Of all the top 6 managers Lampard is the least experience and he got the job because of Chelsea transfer ban Yes I agree that a top class team like Chelsea needs a more experienced manager. Still, no one would ever accept an offer from Chelsea when they know that they are not willing to sign any players for many transfer windows. Lampard came to help the club and fans should respect him.

Respecting every lampard decision and supporting him to remain passionate about training Chelsea for this season. Actually the lampard work in Chelsea is very difficult because their top players have moved to Real Madrid. That means Lampard must really take advantage of the players that exist today.

It's either going to go really well for Lampard or absolutely disastrous. Of course he's going to be hampered by not being able to buy any players but he should try sell a lot of players that he's not going to utilize on the grounds that he can use that money to buy the players he wants when the fair play restrictions expire. He's got a decent squad as it stands but losing hazard is a huge blow and could really cost Chelsea especially as they can't replace him. There's rumors that Bakayoko may be on the move to either United or Arsenal as well. Cahill is free to leave on a free transfer also.
Did anyone hear that Diego Costa might be going to Wolves? I'll believe that when I see it but that could give Wolves a huge boost. They played excellently last year with finishing seventh and maybe this could help them get into the Europa league or maybe even higher. It's going to be very tough for them to break into that top four though with all the competition.

Remember when almost everyone said sarri was a loser, that he can't succeed with Chelsea but he did succeed and almost ended the season with two trophies. I believe Lampard will surprise everyone too, he's a very experienced player who just have to channel that experience into coaching and he'll do just great. He might not end the season with a trophy but it'll be a great season for both him and Chelsea. Teams understand themselves better and work together to achieve a common goal especially when everyone isn't depending on a particular individual to save the day. Chelsea will do well without hazard. Players come and go but the club stays forever.

This would make the players to train harder and push themselves to reach max performance, in order to prove everyone wrong. I think that Chelsea is going to have an amazing performance this year, similar to the one with Di Matteo winning the Champions League.

I do not think last season can be said to be a successful one for Chelsea, based on their standard, the board expected more from him, that's the more reason why even before the close of the season, there was talks of removing him already. Chelsea will do well without hazard. Players come and go but the club stays forever.
I don't think this is true, at least not in this coming season, as Chelsea are currently on a transfer ban, losing a player like hazard, without being able to replace him, is a negative one for Chelsea and they're definitely going to feel the impact of his loss this coming season.

Sorry what standard? Chelsea is always after winning trophies and they did finish 3rd. Remember her they started the season with either 12/13 games without lossing. Not Many clubs could boost of that expect obviously the winners of the season (Man City) and 1st running up (Liverpool). The board was only thinking of firing sarri because they thought he'll end the season on a bad note, also losing to Arsenal in the Europa finals. Chelsea isn't a possession minded team but sarri was thinking on building on that that's why he wasn't fans favorite. Lampard on the other hand is an attacking minded player (hopefully he brings that into his coaching strategy) and that's Chelsea type of football. Chelsea will do well without hazard. Players come and go but the club stays forever.

Did you watch Liverpool last season? Most people predicted they won't do well after losing Philippe Coutinho some even said salah would be a one season wonder but liverpool proved them all wrong same with Tottenham Hotspur that didn't buy any player during the transfer window but still finish above United and Arsenal that spent mullions in the market. It's not about buying players it's about managing them and bringing the best out of them, I believe Lampard can do just that.

That happened because of other reasons too,it happened because many of the Premier League teams didn't get the right upgrade in players in order to fight Tottenham,Tottenham had still better players than the other teams and the fact that they have played with each other for more than one year makes them even stronger.

Both team Liverpool and Tottenham did not have one dominant player which made the advantage, he plays like a team. Salah did not score several games in the row, but the team still wins. If Kane injured, there is a Soon or Moura to make a difference. They are much better balanced with quality players on all positions. Chelsea with or without Hazard is not the same team.

I think Chelsea will suffer without Hazard. If they didn’t have a transfer ban they could replace him & his impact with 2 or 3 players. I think they will be fighting with Man Utd & Arsenal for 4th.

Ridiculous the way Sarri was treated imo. What the hell has Lampard done as a manager to be more qualified than Sarri? Failed to get Derby promoted lol. Chelsea always treat their managers like shit, they don’t deserve success.

I do think they’ll struggle this coming season though partly because of Hazard going but mainly because they weren’t good enough last season & they can’t sign anybody due to the transfer ban so I don't see how it’ll get any better now. City & Liverpool are so much better than everybody else in the PL.

In Lampard he has brought a manager who won’t be paid much, and when he gets sacked his severance package won’t be big. @LFC_Bitcoin as a Liverpool fan do you feel that Karma has played it’s part in Manchester United downfall?. Im saying this because few years ago Manchester United used to taunt Liverpool fans for it’s sorry state, and today Manchester United are in the same mess once Liverpool used to be.

Not really trying to underestimate them or something like that but i agree with you. Loss of one of their best players coupled with a manager who has no experience in management in top flight football is going to be a recipe for disaster. Add on Abramovich's impatience. By January 2020, we shall be knowing Frank Lampard's future.

Im saying this because few years ago Manchester United used to taunt Liverpool fans for it’s sorry state, and today Manchester United are in the same mess once Liverpool used to be.Karma could have played a part, I don’t know. There are a few things that have contributed towards United’s downfall though. Ferguson was a world class manager, at times he had players who weren’t that good but he still managed to make them win trophy after trophy after trophy. I mean how many Premier League winners medals have players like John O’Shea, Wes Brown, Silvestre etc got? Ferguson was a genius, he fucking ruined my childhood Obviously Ferguson leaving hit them hard so that’s a huge reason why they’re not successful at the moment. Another thing is a lot of Fergie’s success came when there was a great Arsenal team around but not much else. Towards the end Chelsea & City had new, uber rich owners who could buy anybody they want so it became much more competitive. Spurs emerged too & now Liverpool are here. It’s so much harder to compete now. You need a world class manager & lots of money. United have employed Moyes, Van Gaal & Solksjaer, they can’t expect to win the big trophies with those kind of managers. Mourinho is a good manager but maybe past his best. It’s Guardiola’s & Klopp’s time now, football usually goes in cycles, we saw that with Ferguson. Maybe when Guardiola & Klopp retire/leave United’s turn will come again but at the moment I can’t see them being in realistic contention for the title & CL.

By January 2020, we shall be knowing Frank Lampard's future. I can tell you, if you are interested. He will be fully supported by the club and he won't be fired at that time. As a former player he will have the respect that he gained during his career and because of that the board will be reluctant to his failures. Also, we should not forget that he is still in his initial managing steps.
