WeSellCrypto now offers Bitcoin via PayPal

Hi all - We've just added Bitcoin on WeSellCrypto. We've spent more than a year offering altcoins via PayPal and ensuring we are prepared and capable of handling Bitcoin. As of yesterday, we've added Bitcoin to our list of offerings.

WeSellCrypto is a fully automated system for purchasing cryptocurrencies via PayPal.  Once checkout is completed, our system pays out orders within 10 seconds.  Do note that in some cases such as a high risk score or email mismatch, orders may be held for manual review.  This is less than 2-3% of all of our orders.

I'll start with our markup. Our markup is ~15% above Coinbase posted rate at any given point. The price you see on our site is the final price you pay. This is necessary to cover PayPal fees, exchange fees, market risk, PayPal risk, and then various overhead (regulatory/legal costs, hardware, licenses, etc. etc.).

About us: We're a small operation that have become well respected especially in the Dogecoin space for a simplified, reliable operation. Pay via PayPal, get your coins in seconds. That's it. We don't hold your bank information, we don't store your funds, and we keep our verifications as simple as possible.
Why use us? There are a couple of use cases of our typical customers:

1) Want to conveniently make relatively small purchases without the hassle of wait times, extensive verifications, bank integrations, etc. -- in other words, the markup is worth the convenience to pay a couple of bucks extra to just pay and get coins.

2) Want very fast access to coins. Our service is the fastest out there for getting coins to your wallet.

3) Don't want to trust an exchange with linked bank info, etc.

That's correct.  Our $15/day verification requires that you email with your name, location, primary interest in cryptocurrencies, and anticipated purchase volume.  Higher limits require ID verification which is necessary to protect ourselves from fraudulent reversals.

Our verification requirements are simpler than many of the official exchanges.  We also don't store bank information, etc., and offer instant automated payout.

Hey FrozenOne - thanks for chiming in and apologies for the delay.  It does look like something failed with our order scanner overnight.  David, our developer, is on a flight to come visit the US but will have a message waiting for him to restart the scanner as soon as he lands.

As you mentioned, this is far from the norm (and unfortunate timing).  It looks like all of WeSellCrypto is down at the moment..

I've bought small amount of litecoin with them some time back. I guess it's the only option to buy instantly with paypal so far. The price does bite, but on the other hand dealing with PP charge-backs is an expensive business.

Hey - we do offer limits $1k and greater, but it requires establishing a relationship whereby we feel comfortable selling that volume via PayPal.  If your guy would like to learn more, feel free to have him contact us.
