The Diff Increase Issue has been identified to a bug in geth, this is now fixed and I've updated to the latest version:

Diff should go down now. 

This will be announced soon. We have updated as well. We actually found it before them. New info will be coming soon. THx

Crazy that ETH's diff just keeps creeping up, but the overall network hashrate hasn't jump lately and pretty much flat lately.
