What is going on with Man United?  Not only will they lose a good manager, but they will also lose good players if they fail yet again to get in the Champions League.  And even if they have all the money to acquire any player, I don't think they will get the players they want after this season if it ends up as another failure.  Maybe it's United's turn to become like Liverpool, losing their dominance and just let the cup drought take its course...?

What do you guys think?  I would like to hear your opinions.

yeah the situation is almost like liverpool a few years a go when they failed in almost all competition, they get so hard to sign a star player and just sign an average player. Just Coutinho, an average player who became the most successful player who joined liverpool in a hard situation. But now Liverpool seems like back to their best under Klopp. But still not sign a super star. Klopp made a superstars.

There were alot of team that actually performed badly last night however the main highlight seems to be always manchester united. They dont really deserve to be the highlight just because financially they are much better than the other as that doesnt really guarantee their performance of course

MU deserves to be highlighted because they have the best squad among other teams in Europa League but they played like an amateur team. Unlike other teams who played badly but with lower quality squad than MU, that makes sense so no need to be highlighted. MU will be still be highlighted in their future matches imho especially if they keep playing like a sh*t.

Pep might or might not be the suitablr coach for them as there is no guarantee how will he perform in manchester united however he wont be available for atleast few years ahead because he is bound to manchester city so instead if they dont sack mourinho yet then manchester united should be hoping for some miracle to win the europa league

I think Mourinho just doesn't care much about what is happening in the Europa League competition. He is probably more concerned about his team's bad performance in the Premier League. I guess if United don't qualify for the next year's Champions League this will be a massive fail for him as a manager. With how things are going it would be a miracle for United to finish the season in the top 4 places.

Yup, bottom line, that's how I see it too.  And no amount of managerial change or player acquisitions will ever be a cure for it.  I don't even think Pep will be able to find the answer for United's woes.  Maybe it's just one of those things where a club really has to start from scratch again in order to get back to its winning ways.  Look at Liverpool, they had the same situation, but they are now in the beginning stages of getting back to be regular contenders at the top of the EPL.

Pep's performance in manchester city could still not be judged yet as he had not bring any trophies for them yet however he had suceed in his previous club and if he really suceed in bringing trophies for manchester city then of course manchester city wont release their coach to their rival manchester united so he is not an option for united

Yes Liverpool get those situation in almost six years,  They not showing their big club status in that situation. But now under Jurgen Klopp their are rise again and became a real big game. And remember Liverpool not spend too much money just like Manchester United did under Mourinho. Jurgen Klopp shows that money isn't everything in football. next season liverpool will play in Europe.

The league result is still temporary and there is no way to tell that liverpool will play in europe league or not. currently Liverpool has playing better rather than last season and Kloop has been make this team really entertaining almost on every match because their games style are pretty sight to watching and he hasn't need huge money to do to also Liverpool rank at 4th now and if they could manage their performance until end of season i'm pretty sure they will play at europe competitions next season

Since Jurgen Klopp took the ailing Liverpool under his wing the team has showed massive progress in the right direction and perform beyond expectations scoring a lot of goals every other match. To me, Klopp is making waves in England and he is the best manager there right now. Mourinho can't even compare to Klopp and neither can Pep or Conte.

Well anw we can judge him based on last match only, because the previous game against Fenerbahce in Old Trafford, Man United succeeded to beat Fenerbahce by 4 goals. The main problem is inconsistency and mentality imo. After AC Milan, now Man United is the next team that wasted my money by betting on them. Well atleast, in Group A table, Man United still have good chance to qualify to knockout phase. Lets see what Mou can do in this crisis situation.

in the modern football people always looking the mistake from particular teams and usually the coaches will be blamed for inconsistency performance from those teams too especially for those who has spend a lot of money to buying the players but those teams could not able playing as expectations of many people however indeed distance points with Feyenoord and Fenerbahce is not too far and still have a chance to Manchester Uinted went to knockout fase but they must do not to lost again because if they slipped even just once i'm pretty sure Manchester United will be failed

If there is nothing wrong with the team and the team consist of player that are too good to be true to lose their game then there is one more thing that should be consider which is the coach because coach is part of the team , which is why most people blame mourinho because of their recent lost against fenerbhance

You are right currently Klopp is best person in job he was here to stay here for some long time and give Liverpool some golden time and I am sure his plaining  working and he is going in right direction now we can say Liverpool is very serious contender for Champions sit in EPL they can beat any team right now

I agree.  And Mourinho has a point to make with everyone, especially now that he's in his dream job.  Plus Mourinho is the type of person who wants to win everything of he can, and he's out there to try to make history.  He will try to win the EPL, FA Cup, the League Cup and the Europa League all in one season if that's possible.  That's just the kind of manager he is.  But he's underperforming right now, so that's something new and it's honestly fun to watch.

Mourinho needs to realize that he cant really win everything. He needs to focus on one point and try to get it as his top priority. I agree with your opinion, Mourinho must take a step like Ranieri. he's more focused on the higher level of competition is the Champions League. Mourinho is not likely to taking the same steps as Ranieri for the Europa League is one of the highest competition in Continental Europe and Mourinho should give up the Premier League title this season.

I agree with your opinion, Mourinho must take a step like Ranieri. he's more focused on the higher level of competition is the Champions League. Mourinho is not likely to taking the same steps as Ranieri for the Europa League is one of the highest competition in Continental Europe and Mourinho should give up the Premier League title this season.

If you win Europa League, then you will get a ticket for Champions League next season. But if you play in Champions League and lost in knockout phase, then it will lead you nowhere, unless if you can win Champions League which I think the possibility for Leicester City to win it is almost zero. So, Ranieri is picking risky choice imo, which their chance to play in Champions League next season is pretty low.
