Chelsea vs Roma was a very entertaining match to watch, especially as a neutral. I think Roma deserved the win, after Chelsea scored the two goals, they went on the defensive and played poorly for the rest of the game, it felt like they only had two real threats on the attack with Hazard and Morata, Conte saw this and that's when Pedro comes in for David Luiz. Roma played more aggresively in the second half, and Dzeko scored one of the best goals in this Champions League so far.
Both teams should be happy with the result, on one hand Chelsea has been playing terrible for the last couple weeks (1 lost 2 draws) but they got the point at home and they're still first in the table, on the other hand, Roma managed to get a good away result and they get a bigger lead from Atletico Madrid.

Apparently in groub D this will be the final order at the end of group phase. Barcelona on top, Juventus second and Sporting will play Europa League.
 As i said before, Juventus this season is not as good as the last year. Bonucci and Alves release had a serious  impact Juve defence and they are soft. We saw many ordinary teams this season so far scoring against Juve which is a little weird.
Barcelona claimed an easy win today without breaking a sweat. Even tho Piqué was eliminated at first half, Messi is always the hero that saves Barça with a stunning freekick goal and a brilliant assist. With that poor level that Juventus are showing now, Barcelona have a chance to revenge last year match and possibly win in Turin.

What the hell is happening to Atleti in the CL this season? 2 points from 3 games now, the other team even went down to 10 men in this match.

This is embarrassing for Atletico. They needed this win, now they have just 2 points and third place, if they wish to advance in next stage they will need all 3 wins in next games, and that will not be easy. For Atletico it would be the best if Chelsea win tonight, they will have more chances for second place. I place bet in Chelsea vs Roma both teams to score, I think this game is one of the interesting ones tonight.
PSG is already scored one goal, I play them to win and +3 goals, with Manchester to win Benfica.

This is indeed embarrassing for atletico madrid who has a great record in the Champions League by being runner up 2 times in the year 2014 and 2016. Whereas Qarabag playing with 10 players and atletico still couldn't score. But if we look at the opponents in Group C are indeed not easy between Chelsea and Roma.

I almost followed you on this one tbh.  But I had a very weird feeling that Roma will deliver, and they did.  Without Kante in the middle, going box to box, Chelsea's midfield is just too vulnerable.  They need that 'enforcer', that role Kante likes to play without the ball.

And what about Hazard?  Things are quiet with him if transfers are concerned.  I was quite sure Real was gonna get him.  Did his involvement of downing tools under Mourinho affect his chances to go to a bigger club?    No manager wants to have a traitor in their ranks.

Tough luck, Cryptoknight! And this was precisely what we were saying in posts above, games like Qarabaq are just so poor value on Money Line because even a sure win is not guaranteed, as last night proved. That was a wonderful parlay otherwise. The ten men probably compounded the problem because an underdog that has lost one player will just defend like a pack of hyenas... which is what happened for the remainder of the match after the sending off. I feel terrible for Fernando Torres' team (sentimental Liverpool fan here).

Edin Dzeko played very well and also scored a spectacular goal plus one goal heading and a deflected Kolarov kick to make Chelsea have to share points with them. I'm still stunned by Gol from Dzeko, it's really spectacular, I see David Luiz's goal is a special goal, but a goal from Dzeko is more than that.

Europa League today. We have a couple of interesting matches:

Everton vs Lyon. Lyon has been playing some great football lately, they won against Mónaco las weekend and so far they've only lost 1 game this season (vs PSG). Everton on the other hand, is in a crisis. Koeman could be sacked unless he gets the three points. After having a great start of the season, they haven't won a single game (2 draws 1 lost) since 23 sept when they beat Bournemouth.
I'm gonna go with Lyon to Win at Everton

Nice vs Lazio. Both team share the first position in the table with 6 points, whoever wins could secure a place in the next round. I think Lazio, who just beat Juventus last weekend, might get the win.
