yep I always hope that they will be back. This announcement is great, web design is good, got some great concept but this will never become a reality. Too shame...

The Mercurial official website, in the OP ANN, now re-routs to an advertising page, so this guy is still actively running his scams.  I have a few pretty decent leads on his location....will keep posting.  I am hoping to be able to post a video of his capture, WHEN, not IF, he's caught!

He ran with all our money...He stole 330 BTC from us in a fake crowdfund and didn't provide a wallet a coin or anything!  Some of us pulled together some funds and hired a private detective to find his location...we're gonna catch him!

Well, they are trying to figure out a way to get out of trouble after they spent all of our money.  What I don't think they understand is that the system don't care whether they started the project or not.... aiding and abetting isn't that hard to prove.  Furthermore, they probably believe that it is a single crime BUT the investigators explained to me that it is one count for each instance of fraud!  So, EACH transaction is a count....I made four different transactions myself....so....
