what ever you are telling is not true their are so many matches i have seen where their is only one team or no team scores goal , as you are telling that both are in same attacking position then 90% chances are that you wont get much goals or even 0-0 is also a good bet, under 2.5 goals is safest and if you can take risk then you can go with under 1.5 goals.
