The reason Conte left is the Inter is planning on selling players to cover the deficit, however it was never specifically any one player, it could be Lukaku, it could be Martinez, it could be some other player. These type of huge clubs also have smaller level players that they can sell for 5-10 million, even their youth teams have players that could go for that, so they can definitely conjure up 10 players to sell for 5-10 each and that way they could cover their losses as well.

I do not know what their real intentions are but they could either sell one big name, or few smaller names and can still handle. Plus it is a football club I am sure banks would be thrilled to give them a loan, they always pay their loans and if not government closes the account anyway so it is really a great situation.
