Napoli - Milan is the main event this weekend. And it is very crucial for the leadership in the league too. They have the same points currently and Napoli are in the lead thanks to their superiority over Milan by head-to-head games. Inter are following them by two points behind for now. As Inter are going to play against Salernitana and win most probably, they will hope for Napoli to lose or draw with Milan. Because in that case, Inter will take the lead back. And as I don't think that Milan will lose here, Inter are very likely to be the new leader.

Unfortunately, they are progressing very poorly, we can say that they cannot play like before. I think no need to focus a lot on this game when you find out odds more than 14 for Salernitana to win
Let's focus more whether Inter will get back the first spot after Napoli - Milan game. Odds there are quite weird imo, @2.18 for Napoli vs @3.5 for Milan. I find both teams equal right now and chances are 50/50. Why bookies/people are pushing for a Napoli victory is curious.

Inter and Juventus in this round are really easy wins . We are having 2 derbies also between Napoli and Milan and between Roma and Atalanta this two derbies can decide a lot of things for europe and first place.  I think this week will be really important for these 4 teams

I am also surprised that the previous poster recalls that Milan won against Inter and, accordingly, is therefore the favorite in the match with Napoli and at the same time culturally silent about the fact that Milan lost points just in the match with Salernitana having drawn 2-2. I am the opposite with you, I've optimism Inter can easy defeat Salernitana at least with 2 different goals. In the betting market, Salernitana only has a chance of 6% to win and 11% to draw, this means Internazionale is more powerful at home. But, when we look at Inter statistics, I think I have doubt also, in 5 last game, 1 win, 2 draws and 2 lose Inter that look unstable club atm. but, back on my statement before, I am still optimistic because they want to get a new spirit to prepare versus Liverpool Leg 2 in the Champions League, they must win desperately.

I think so too, having failed to get the maximum results in the previous two weeks which put them in the position they are in now. They've dropped a lot of points lately, if they continue like that then I think they'll be out of the title race. Salernitana is an easy team to beat overall, let alone the team they will face Inter Milan. I hope Inter will come back in this match and not drop points for the umpteenth time.

On paper Inter will win but the final result can be surprising, because previously Salernitana managed to hold Milan to a 2-2 score. I personally believe Inter will win here at least maybe by 2 goals or maybe win by a one goal difference like 2-1, considering even though Salernitana is bottom of the table but the recent trend for Salernitana is a pretty good result too and Inter should not underestimate it Salernitana in this moment.
