Yes, they are lucky that Sanchez can make a single goal in minute 90+3'. 
Indeed, losing 2 points in the match against Torino, makes Inter to drops its position to 3rd place. Now, the competition for the title becomes more difficult for Inter because the point gap is larger than before. Moreover, Inter still has some difficult matches against strong teams.

This was a great week for Milan. Because they got nearly all they wanted from a week. They firstly beat Empoli in a home game. And later on, Inter drew with Torino by a 1-1 result also. Maybe Napoli won against Verona but Inter were the closest team to Milan. And it should still be enough for Milan to be happy now as Inter couldn't get three points. Milan have started a good momentum recently but I'm curious how long they will make this go on. If they somehow manage to open the gap more later, then they will make it to the title surely.

I would say a little differently that Inter has now lost not a chance, but its extra trump card up its sleeve, which has made even more intrigue in the fight for the Scudetto. Something is happening with a team that was more stable until recently, when Milan and Napoli lost points, and now Inter itself is not stable in this regard. Inter got lucky in the last minutes of the match to get out with one point and draw wasn't enough for them they still not out of the race but things got a little complicated for them, this increased Ac Milan's chances to win the Scudetto which are my favorites to win it, I had them on a parlay @4 and so far it's looking good.

Atalanta performance in the Serie A have been terrible, after losing to Roma, I expected them to recover by winning against Genoa. But, it turned out they played the match and could not secure any goal. Atalanta are far more better compared to Genoa in term of squad strength. Anyway, Genoa resisted their opponent, and ended up achieving a draw point.

While, I literally thought they will now focus more on winning there Serie A trophy, after getting disqualified from the Champions League. However, with their present performance, it will certainly be tough for them to achieve that aim.

The goal by Alexis Sanchez in the 93rd minute ensured that Inter rescued a point from Torino. However, they still fall short of their expectations now that they need to win their upcoming games. They're not serious. It should go to their neighbors even after a long wait.  Inter Milan have slumped at the worst possible time. There is still a race to win for them. I have no idea why Inter are losing significant points when the league is closing to its end. Now they are 4 points behind Milan, although Inter has match 1 left in hand but a win from this match will still make them behind Milan by 1 point. It is now getting harder for Inter to win the title, there is no other way for them to win it except by maximizing all remaining matches and hoping Milan lose some points in the remaining matches.

It is a pity when the top flight competition is very fierce, Inter Milan failed to get full points, I think if they are not able to perform consistently to continue to get points then it is very unlikely that they will fight for the Scudetto until the last week of the season considering there are 3 teams whose points difference is very close and have the opportunity to become champions this season, Napoli, Inter Milan and also AC Milan.
