Roma is doing well currently in the Italian League but I would say that they don't have the standard team to win the league. Dybala was a very good signing and the player's positive impact is now visible I am sure Juventus would be regretting letting him go. But Tammy Abraham needs to improve. He keeps on losing goal-scoring passes. He seems uncoordinated in their last match and he was not a threat to the defense. Their defense has had a good run, but let's wait until they meet a real test from Inter, Juventus, or Milan.

In general I agree that Roma does not have the right squad to be considered a serious gold contender, but on the other hand, if we remember the exploits of Mourinho, then he does not need a super squad to achieve big goals.

I agree with you. Roma's squad may not be weak. But they do not have a strong squad to win the title. The team still has several weaknesses. But their performance is stable. In every match, Mourinho adjusts his match strategy by judging the strength of the opponent. And Roma is performing well in almost every match. If Abraham, Dybala and Zaniolo have better chemistry, the Roma team will be stronger. Roma's defense has been very strong this season. They did not concede a goal in any other match except against Juventus. Roma is a worthy contender for the title this season, even if the squad is not very strong.

 We know Jose is a stubborn and goal oriented coach but I don't see them winning the Serie A at the end of the season when we have the likes of AC Milan and inter Milan. It's too early to start judging tho but I doubt they would win.

It is not possible to say for sure who will be the league champion right now. But we can guess. However, the team that can perform consistently has a higher chance of winning the title. Last season we saw the Napoli team, they were at the top of the points table for a long time at the beginning of the season. Won many matches in a row. But gradually the players started losing form. And at the end of the season, Napoli was in third place. Therefore, the team that will have the most consistency in performance. There will be stability in the performance of the players. They are more likely to win the title. So far the Roma squad looks pretty stable. But not sure if they will lose form.

Adapting to each other needs time, it is still in the 5th week of the new season so lets give them more time to adapt.
Some players may adapt to each others quickly like what happened with Haaland in Man City but some others may take longer time to build a good chemistry.
I do not see it as a big problem as long as they can cover each other. I mean when Tammy is not good, Dybala should play good and vice versa.
I'm sure Mou is experienced enough in how to build a chemistry in his squad, but the key is in the players themselves.

I would guess that Haaland is an exception because how amazing he is, dude was a pure scorer in any team he went to right off the bat and he will stay like that for any team he goes after City if he ever leaves as well. I am guessing that the best thing Roma could do is sit both of the players down and show them the game tape and hope that they could actually work together better that way.

I am not saying that it is impossible for them to see eye to eye, but they would need to first get some other person to show them that they could be much better if they work together, instead of trying to be better than each other, that is how you become a great teammate.

I would guess that Haaland is an exception because how amazing he is, dude was a pure scorer in any team he went to right off the bat and he will stay like that for any team he goes after City if he ever leaves as well.

Haaland is one of most outstanding strikers now and players like him don't occur too often. He beats all records for players at 21 years old. Ronaldo, Messi, Lewandowski, Neymar, etc. did not score so many goals like Haaland at their 21s.

Haaland is very goal productive and he has very perfect body. With first few matches in Premier League, Haaland shows that defenders here will be very difficult to beat him in face to face situations. And with top support from creative midfielders as well as very smooth operations of Manchester City system, Haaland has abundant opportunities to find goals. Taking into account his very high rate to covert opportunities to goals, he will be able to beat not only Mo Salah but many records in Premier League.

I don’t think that winning the title will be Roma’s main objective this year, because their very first objective would be is to secure a champions league spot, hence I always believed that they would be trying to finish in the top 4 and then reinvest next year and properly challenge for the title.

However one worrying point is next season will be Mourinho’s third season at Roma, and we all know what happens when he enters the third season, because then he starts his usual antics and end up leaving the club but for Roma’s sake I hope that they can keep him longer, because the longer he stays at Roma then they’ll almost be guaranteed to win a title.

juventus who competed at home at the Allianz stadium showed off their strength against spezia but also received fierce resistance from spezia. juventus did dominate the game and juventus managed to beat spezia with 2 goals without a fight. even so, Massemiliano allegri was not satisfied with Juventus' performance and he said that Juventus had lost the tempo of the game which made it difficult for Vechia Signora to add to the lead. This is the second victory for Juventus and at the same time register as a club that is unbeaten for four matches in the Italian league this season. Juventus managed to collect 8 points and now they are in the top 5 standings.

Juventus having been stepping up in their previous games and have take away the winning points. Allegri not impressed in their last game which the Old lady's thrashed spezia 2 nil, he needed more goals but Juventus failed to net goals in the game. It's usually a thing of their style to always net goals against weak opponents inother to boost their team and points on the table. Juventus are doing well without Angel Di Maria and their top 9, Vlahovic is very stunning in their games and good replacement for Kulesevki. Allegri main target is to be among the top four, better still ranked first on the league table.

Spenzia are not a weak opponent as they can also parry some attacks well and concede only 2 goals. There's no need to underestimate the strength of the opponent, Spezia could certainly win in some of the other matches. Juventus currently must focus on scoring more goals, because if they want to get into the top 3, they must collect 2 more points. Atalanta are kings in the standings and are followed by Roma in second. they are a strong opponent and will certainly provide a quality match.

I even thought it would be a more balanced game where it would end without many goals, but atalanta managed to win without having too many difficulties in scoring goals, they managed to score 3 goals in that game, maybe this season atalanta can finish in a good position, something how to finish in 4th or 5th position. about torino, well they don't seem to me that they are fighting for the title, their objective should be to finish in a position that gives them access to european competitions, but realistically they can at most go in the europe league if they have an acceptable performance

Atalanta deserved to win the game even and it was an  added advantage of being paired with a weak team like Torino. It seemed to be a good night for Koopmeiner as he not only was the man of the match but also bagged a hat trick for the dark horses..
 Atalanta are proudly sitting in the top position to displace Roma and honestly it was well deserved if you ask me. At least, if they continue with this spirit, Serie A would have enough contenders for the title at the end of the season.

Although Juventus managed to beat Spezia by a difference of two goals, it seems that Allegri doesn't seem too satisfied with Juventus performance.
That's because the Juventus midfield can't control the tempo of the game and is less creative in building attacks, so Juventus front line has difficulty

There is no reason for them not to focus now because if you look at their current condition, they don't have such a heavy burden with a busy schedule like last season.

Atalanta put some work out there last night,good team work stopping Torino from taking outside shots outside the eighteen as they had a first half win from the spot kick. Impressive home result, they have now gotten to win a home game after some bad game's last season. They are nddot involved in the  Champions League and Europa so I expect them to give it them shot weekend after weekend. They really wasn't a good side last season.

I am looking forward to watching Fiorentina vs Juventus match. Juventus' performance may not be as good as expected. But Fiorentina is in poorer form. They have lost points in their last 3 matches. Of all the top 7, only Inter have one loss while other clubs only draw. The race in the League is quite tight as clubs this season are very careful with their match, trying their best to get at least one score from the draw. Pretty surprising to see clubs play this seriously only at the start of the League's season. Too soon to say Atalanta will be at the top as the leading isn't that different between clubs in the top 4 or even the top 8.
