Milan is the defending champion. No doubt we expected better from them. Looking at their last two matches I have to say that they are improving. I did not trust them to win the Italian League title in the last season. But to be honest they did surprise me. Actually, it was also because Inter could not play well toward the end. However, it was a good effort from Milan in any case. In addition to that, the win against Juventus was also a great result at the moment.

About Juventus, I don't know what I should say. It feels like they don't have any coordination between the players at all. All of them are playing like zombies. Napoli just need to maintain their consistency in every game and if this is successful they do until the first half of the season it will be very sure they will be at the forefront of the title winners this season. However, if you currently look at the Serie A table until week 9, Napoli is only 3 points different from AC Milan, who was the defending champion last season, so Napoli are not yet fully ready to face the onslaught of the teams who are in. AC Milan continues to put in good form after beating Juventus so it looks like they will be ready to take the top spot in the upcoming matches.

Sure they have some other teams right on their tail, but those are teams nobody expected to see there neither, it's Atalanta and Udinese.
