Napoli, Inter, Lazio and Roma will face quite easy opponents and that makes it certain that the three of them will get 3 additional points. Milan is currently very doubtful about achieving maximum results because they can't score more than 1 or 2 goals in every game and that could be a problem when their opponents start to rise to turn things around. Milan's busy schedule, as you said, can affect their performance and I think coach Stefano Pioli must be able to manage his players to stay fit for important matches.

Yunno, it really baffles me to see that in their last matches, they either made a 1- nill or a nill -1 victory...was that really a coincidence?? Or did it happen to prove that they're somewhat compatible? Maybe not cus on the Seria A table, inter is actually topping Milan with about 3points to reckon.
On this one, I think Milan needs to hold on tight since they'll need only a single performance to beat Roma to achieve the 3rd place... that'll be great to see.
