I was wondering whether the website I was checking was wrong about showing 5 teams to qualify for the Champions League first. However it really happened and the Serie A has one more quota for that.  

This is wonderful news for Serie A teams (especially for Roma).    Roma have been trying to get past Bologna for the last Champions League spot before this change. Now they are able to make it there even if they finish at their current position in the standings. Lazio are right behind by 3 points though but Roma have 2 less games played compared to them as well. I assume Roma wouldn't mess up that much to lose even the current position. It would be a big disappointment otherwise.

Could this chance of qualification be because they won the last round again Ac Milan? We Gon see how it goes anyways. After the loss to As Roma, management of AC Milan announced that Stefan Pioli would be sacked at the end of the season and wouldn't be coach of the club for next season.

No doubts about As Roma though, they did the right thing to part ways with Jose Mourinho, glad to see he won them the first Conference Cup Competition and also lead them to the finals of the European Europa League Competition. The new rules really benefit the teams in the top five of the standings and what can be seen at the moment is that AS Roma has entered the Champions League zone. This is of course very good for them because they don't have to fight to get to the top four positions anymore, although it is still possible for the top five positions to be overtaken again by teams in the top six.
