De Rossi is a great coach. He took Rome to another level. Mourinho had taken Roma to the next level, and De Rossi is trying to take it above him. I can say that he proved to everyone that he is a permanent coach for Roma, not a temporary one. I love the Rome he plays. They are currently losing 3-1 to Bologna, which is a very bad experience for them. I wish they could win this match.

That means De Rossi is better than Motta isn't it? That's not the problem because Bologna looked much better.

But I'd say right now De Rossi is much better than Mourinho even though this team has won the conference league.

Roma are really finding it difficult to get past the defense of Bologna and its not a surprise how the visitors are taking the lead with three goals. Ball possession favors bologna and if it ends this way, they get to be assured of a champions league spot next season. Roma are applying pressure but its not enough to threaten Bologna as from the first half up till now, they have being enjoying a comfortable and confident game, playing mesmerizing football that if you didn't know who they were up against, you'd think they were playing a weaker team.

I didn't even notice how Bologna became this strong to the extent of beating Roman by 3:1 in Roma's home ground. Bologna may be readying their self for the Champions league next season considering how impressive they have played this season.

Roma needs not to be blamed for losing to Bologna because literally, there focus ought to be more directed to the Europa League because whichever team that wins the Europa cup automatically qualifies for the champions next season so I can see that their focus and energy is more centered at the Europa league but honestly, watching Bologna and Roma this night was so entertaining because the both teams really played well but Bologna were more thirsty for the win and they got what they actually needed.
