You are right that Inter Milan could have actually increased their lead in the second half, but they seemed to have more respect for their opponents, they did not want to destroy and embarrass Verona who were playing as hosts. A score of 5-0 was more than enough to win the match against Verona, so in the second half Inter Milan tried to lower the tempo of their game, and defended more than they attacked.

The big match between Juventus and AC Milan is a match that I am really looking forward to, and it is likely that this match will be quite tight, because both teams have almost the same strength, and AC Milan is quite advantaged because they are playing as hosts.

You can't trust Inter Milan. But I bet on Inter Milan to win. Hellas Verona may have played well against big teams in a few matches. But Verona's overall performance this season is very weak. But suddenly Hellas Verona surprised everyone by performing well.

Inter Milan players performed well from the beginning of the match today. This was Hellas Verona's home match. But in the first half we only saw the dominance of Inter Milan players. The interesting thing is that Inter Milan players were able to score 5 goals in the first half. After leading 5-0, Inter Milan played a bit defensively in the second half.

Anyway, this win was necessary for Inter Milan. Inter Milan is currently at the top of the points table. However, if Napoli team can win their next match against Roma, then the top spot of the table will be occupied by Napoli.

I thought we were going to see more goals in the second half but I was surprised to see the game end in the way it did. Inter Milan didn't bother playing that much to score more goals as they know they have already won regardless of what Verona will want to do and it's good for Virona republican that they didn't concede more goals. I was predicting atleast 2 more goals and Correa almost added to the scoreline but was denied by the crossbar in the first minute of the extra added time. Thuram could have had a hat trick if he wasn't taken off that early into the second half but it was a brilliant performance from him as he scored twice and also got an assist.

Common, the bets were ridiculous, I don't know what stats the bookies looked at when making those odds but good luck with them, they gave the same odds at 1.4 to Atalanta and we know how that ended, some goal difference, same type of attacking team.

One of the most important matches of the day is definitely the one between Milan and Juventus. Juventus are unbeaten in 12 matches in 12 weeks. Milan will want to win at home. It's going to be a difficult match for both teams but I think Juventus will come back with points.

Inter millan is already winning Verona 5-0 in the first half of the game, inter millan made use of their chances in the first half to all 5 goals though they are favorite to win but I wasn't expecting 5 goals from one side in the first that means we are going to see alot of goals in the end of the game. The Italian league is more competitive this season as there is no much gap separating them teams in the top 4. Inter millan has only lost 1 game this season in the series A while Verona has lost 8 game which shows that there performance this season is poor definitely with the inter millan is playing we should expect more 3 to 4 goals from inter in the second half.

The match between Inter and Verona which ended 5-0 showed the total dominance of Inter in the match, in fact this was their biggest win until week 13 serie A, to be honest I haven't seen them perform as impressive as against Verona in the match they played previously even when against Venezia who were weaker than Verona, If Intermilan can continues to play aggressively and with such high intensity as in the match, then Intermilan I think will be able to easily defend their Scudetto title this season, I think if the Verona coach does not make many substitutions in the second half, of course it is very likely that Intermilan will to destroy Verona with a bigger score in the match.

I'm complaint about Acerbi, he's good, but he's too old, and it impacted his performance. It's the time for Simone Inzaghi to replace him with a younger defender.

Scoring five goals in the first half is already evidence enough of how dominant Inter Milan were in that match. But perhaps the more interesting part is that they opted not to humiliate the hosts and went easy on that same second half.

Perhaps this demonstrates Inter Milan’s sportsmanship, which would have actually doubled their lead but, preferred to keep the game going without having to chase more goals. Another reason is that they respect Verona as the host. Therefore, they decided to hold back.

If they can keep up this sort of consistent performance, especially with high attacking efficiency, the prospects of retaining the title in Serie A is certainly very big. Inter not only showed the quality of a champion team but also showed maturity in respecting opponents; this is something that further strengthens the character of the team.

I agree with you. I thought the Milan vs Juventus match would be very competitive. But this match is very boring. I think the goal of both teams is to share the points from the match. If Milan and Juventus can get exactly 1 point from the match, both will be happy.

This is Milan's home match. Even then, AC Milan is playing with a bad defensive strategy. Milan's players have only been able to make 3 shots in 80 minutes. But none of them were on target. On the other hand, Juventus' players were able to make 6 shots. But we do not see much strong attack from either team's players. Even though the two big teams of Serie A are facing each other, the match is not exciting. That is why I would say that Juventus team is not a team worthy of winning the Serie A title yet.

Almost full time, and no club scored. It's a shame for Juventus, they got a few chances, yet their poor finishing prevented them to score.

This is a shit match by both of teams, and it sounds weird to call this as a big match. This is really unwatchable game for sure. I thought that both teams should get -1 point instead of +1. Terrible to watch.
