Massimo Rastelli the manager of Cagliari is the first managerial casualty in the Italian Serie A when he was sacked today for losing his last six games after initially winning their first two games they have been a winless streak. At the moment it seems his assistant manager will take over his duties before a replacement is announced.

Losing 6 in a row is quite bad though to be honest, I don’t like to see anybody lose their job but sometimes it’s justified.

Yes, he deserved the exoneration, especially because the Cagliari has good players and can safely get to the top 10 positions.
The new coach is Diego Lopez (former player and coach of Cagliari).
I'm surprised instead that Benevento (0 points, 2 goals scored and 19 suffered) did not send away his coach

I remember last season, when juventus at the beginning of the season was very bad. but after that they have a consistent victories and eventually they champion.
but napoli last season is indeed nice and now they are very good, if it could be consistent I think napoli can became the champion. because if juventus became the champion too bored.

I agree with you, Juventus knows how to play the serie A better than all the teams and so despite their poor results ifflate I still have the guts feeling they are going to win the scudetto again this season.

Juventus distance points not too far with the top standings while Serie A is Napoli. So there is still a chance and a chance for Juventus to win the top spot at the end of the season, as it is still too early to say Juventus will lose the Serie A title this season. but Juventus will not be easy to win the top spot because Napoli is keen to win the Serie A title this season and Juventus have to work even harder to improve their game performance in every game.

I wouldn't really mind if Juventus eventually win the league, i just want them not to have it easy at all because in the last few years, winning the scudetto was like winning a game to them. This week the most interesting match is certainly the big match Napoli (8 wins of vs Inter (7 wins and 1 draw) currently at the top 2 places in the standings.
Both are the only teams that have not lost a game either.
They have the best defense (only 5 goals scored). while in Naples is also the best attack (26 goals scored and an average of over 3 goals per match).
If Napoli were to win this game too, it would become the favorite for winning the Serie A

yeah Juventus has the record 6 consecutive seasons is always a champion. so don't worry if juventus only lost 1 times by lazio.

 

You can said like that if in a few years ago, I think for now the situation is different. there are a lot of teams that can be the winner in this year and I see the competition in this season is quite tight. this will not be easy for juventus to dominate like a few years ago.

Since Napoli are playing so well and they are currently topping the Serie A in the race for the Scudetto, I want to see them play against Juventus and see how that game would go, Though they are unbeaten in the Serie A thing are not going that well in the Champions League where they have just a single win and losing the other two to Manchester City and Shaktar Donetsk.

yeah intersting game Napoli is at the top with 13 consessive wins at the Serie A and they are a stronghold at home as they rarely lose one while visitors are also in great form as they currently second and only two points behind them plus they don't play European football so they are more prepared then Napoli whom just played against City so i think this game will be open and it's expected to have a lot of goals and i'm goin with home to win or draw + over 2.5 goals .
and for the other game we have Sampdoria playing against Crotone this one should be no brainer to know the winner of Sampdoria are home and have much better quality players while visitors may improved a bit lately but they are no match for the hosts so it should be an easy win for them and Sampdoria -1.5AH will spice up the odds

The game was pretty entertaining though, especially in the second half where Napoli they had some opportunities to score but Handanovic was there for the saves. Inter played on the defensive so i guess a draw is a good result for them.

Hate to admit it but it's true. Large clubs rarely win big against other big clubs, matches very often end up with scant goals. But that jga be proof that the Italian League is also quite tight, it's just been the last few years Serie A always dominated by Juventus. The big clubs that play against big clubs are more often played very carefully, unlike against small teams, the game is very open.

I thought since there were both teams that scored a lot of goals over three goals would have been a possibility and damn when the first half of the game was over and i saw no goal, i started to become actually worried and my worry was justified. I had a long betslip yesterday and they were the only team left for me to win some good money but damn it didn't work out.
