The case of racism in the Italian League received a strong response from the former Senegalese national team player, Demba Ba. He encouraged black players to leave Serie A.

Romelu Lukaku received racial harassment when Inter Milan won 2-1 victory over Cagliari in the Italian League continued. Before carrying out the task of being a kicker, Lukaku got ridicule that sounded like a monkey's voice. Lukaku was flooded in support, but not from the Nerazzurri ultras.

It is so ironic that Inter 's ultras didn't support their player.
Maybe they don't know the reason why their club was created.
Absolutely sad, not only for Italian but the European football. We live in a globalized world with so many old stereotypes...

it is true, that Serie A is accused of not being serious in overcoming the racism case. The case experienced by Lukaku is the umpteenth incident that occurred in the Italian League, especially in Sardinia.
There have been many cases of racism in the Italian league, it is feared that this will continue in the future. If the Serie A does not take any action.

Well, I was aware of Lazio's fans for their extremist right ideology and thus their racism offenses.
However, I didn't thought that a club like Inter Milan would have similar fans to Lazio.
Serie A should definitely take action for that, as it is a rampant situation now.

I still remember in last season Moise Kean got a racial ridiculal too. Countries in the Americas may have many adhered to racial equality, But for European countries especially Italy still has not adhered to racial equality. CMIIW
I hope this incident will not interfere with Lukaku's game at Inter, because in 15/9/2019 Inter will face Udinese.

Inter Milan fans claims those chants weren’t racist and were made to scare the opposite team, and they’re accusing Lukaku of creating a problem that isn’t there. This theory of fans is absurd and we all should condemn their behaviour, but I don’t think black colour players should leave Serie A. The league authorities are to be blamed for failing to stop racism, and it’s about time they took strict actions against fans who indulge in racist chants.

Racism still exist even in the US. Watch Jon Stewart's Daily Show and you'll know it.

I remember Koulibaly got the same racial attacks last season. I think it's time for the officials to give harsher punishment, like don't allow the team whose fans made racial abuse to perform on their home. Block all of their fans from entering the stadium for 6 matches or so.

I don't think that insulting Lukake was a from Inter Milan supporters, racism arises from cagliari fans. Even before this incident, Balotelli who had an Italian citizen had experienced the same thing, which we know that he is an Italian but received the same act, so ironic

Racism is every country and no one is caring about them.

It's disgusting but we have the technology but we haven't the law to punish them.

Till they will not make a law to punish these some idiots on every country the problem can't be fixed.

It seems like in Serie A things like happens more often (or maybe the media always have the chance to cover the issue). Why did something like this happen though? Seems like fans and club have different views about it.

I remember Balotelli. His 'why always me' is iconic.

There is no way Juventus will go for DeGea, they already have a good and cheaper goalkeeper.

To be honest looking here, https://www.transfermarkt.it/manchester-united/startseite/verein/985 they can go only for Pogba or Rashford the others are worse than the other players actually on Juventus.

Juventus seems very complete in all positions to my eyes. I wonder why they are going to buy more players, still Manchester United is a good market for buying some quality.
As for Ronaldo, It would be interesting to see them returning to Utd, but I don't think that he is interested in that move.

Yes that is indeed true. Buffon and Wojciech Szczęsny are two great goalkeepers that Juventus have at the moment. So it will not happen, that Juventus wants to go to De Gea.
And also Ronaldo will never return to his past club, he is not yet satisfied for Serie A.

It has been 7 days since this move was made official but I still think that this is one of the most notable moves for Serie A particularly A.C. Milan. Milan have managed to swoop a good deal bringing Ante Rebic for a 2 year loan with an option to buy at the end for 25 million Euros. I think that this deal was made possible as they just swap loaned players as Eintracht Frankfurt also received Andre Silva from Milan via loan without any option to buy. Now Milan has a young proven forward that has World Cup finals experience, I just hope they take full advantage of the 2 year loan to see if Rebic is a good fit for Milan.

Milan's big deals aren't too exposed to the media. Which resulted in many not knowing this. But at least they have done their best, so far Ac Milan have only been able to rank 13th out of their 2 matches. This was indeed an initial problem, I also hope that their transfer is not in vain and that each player contributes a lot to the club.

It's been ages since we had another team aside from the usual two to [at least] put up a decent fight against the Vecchia Signora...Btw, it's been only a few games but, i'll say it right now, Inter will finish 2nd. Conte is just too good, and once Godin takes charge of the defence, they'll have a solid squad in every inch of the pitch.

Are you crazy?!?! Cheesy

As Juventus fan, I loved the situation of the past 8 years. Is fun to win every year and it will be fun when I will be old to tell the history of the legendary team who won I hope 10 consecutive titles with CR7 in the end.

Wow!
Despite following up with the transfer window daily and inter milan so far this season. You can't believe I have no idea whatsoever that they were able to sign Diego Godin, which means a drastic improvement to their defensive lineup. How I which Perisic had stayed put with the club, then It would have been much more fun to watch inter all season long.

~snip~

Milan's big deals aren't too exposed to the media. Which resulted in many not knowing this. But at least they have done their best, so far Ac Milan have only been able to rank 13th out of their 2 matches. This was indeed an initial problem, I also hope that their transfer is not in vain and that each player contributes a lot to the club.

Well that's the only point of this season and that is to rebuild and plan ahead. Ever since they got screwed up by FIFA and banned them in Europa league there only focus now is to win games in Serie A. The Elliot Management will hopefully do their best as early as the next transfer window to get more players at the same time sell some unwanted ones. Also their new manager needs to improve and hopefully be the next Max Allegri for the team. As a Milan fan I'm trusting the process they are undergoing right now, I already like the Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao signings they have done so far, not to mention they have snagged Bennacer as well.

I heard Juve is going for De Gea and a couple other United players this January.  Could this be an opportunity for Ronaldo (and his agent) to engineer 'a return'?  Grin

Juventus seems very complete in all positions to my eyes. I wonder why they are going to buy more players, still Manchester United is a good market for buying some quality.
As for Ronaldo, It would be interesting to see them returning to Utd, but I don't think that he is interested in that move.
I see that Ronaldo is very comfortable at Juve and will most likely retire from football at Juve (seeing Christiano Ronaldo is 34 years old now)... so, the possibility he will not be interested in returning to MU is very large.

Actually, the rumor bounced here in Italy too!

The good part of this rumor is that if he will come here it will be a free player and he will cost 0.
His contract will end next year!

So Juventus can sell Szczesny for 35-40 M € https://www.transfermarkt.it/wojciech-szczesny/profil/spieler/44058 and take DeGea for 0.

What's about of salary?

Szczesny as today cost at Juventus around 8m€ with taxes.

DeGea now gains 11.6 m € without taxes from ManU.

If he keeps the same salary for Juventus will be 11.6+25%(11.6)= 14.5 m € with taxes.

So basically DeGea will cost 6.5m €/y more then Szczesny, but Juventus can take around 40m € from the sell.

Now if we do 40/6.5 we will have around 6 years if DeGea comes and signs a contract of max 5 years this operation it will +EV for Juventus.

A very smart calculation from you.
What you say makes sense, As we know that Juventus officials will use every moment to be able to benefit. They have often done things like this and in the end they benefit from every sale of players and even the purchase of players they can also think of profits.

With Ronaldo current status and physique, he could still play very close to age 40 or thereabout at top level, he's just that fit and his winning mentality wouldn't change a bit, that I'm sure very of. It is to be seen if he'll end his career at Juventus ( I strongly doubt he will, though).
