Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A)

Milan - Sampdoria game started early. I missed placing bets for that game.
On the next hour games of Serie A I think Napoli will beat Crotone and Atalanta will beat Udinese at home. Lazio and Roma are other favorites though I would stay away for those matches. I pick over 2.5 goals for Lazio - Spezia game, both teams have potential to score in this match. Lazio always scores at home and Spezia plays more open football than other Seria A teams. That bet looked good to me.

My predictions for these matches are like this. I expect Atalanta and Roma to lose points this week but the other favorites will not have problems on winning I think.

My prediction on Roma is different from yours : Sassuolo is missing a handful of players ( Locatelli, Berardi, Ferrari, Caputo e Muldur) most of which are often lined up in the starting team,  due to the Covid cases happened during their nationals meeting. I think Roma can take advantage of this situation even if their defense is missing some key players.

They really don't deserve to win the tittle as AcMilan ( my fav team from Italy ) really cracked under pressure with small teams and they lost important points. After that, the event kept rolling and they were losing points game after game and today was no different. Massive congrats for Inter as for two years they kept their head up and work harder than the last year and it payed off.

Congratulations to Inter, they are still five points clear and ahead in fewer games. See Milan Excellent possession of the ball and players, but Milan is difficult to score goals. Samdoria's defense is tight, their goalkeeper is also doing well. Ibrahimovic seemed to have lost his way of scoring goals, he was closely guarded by defender Samdoria. It looks like Milan who was superior at the start of the season failed to maintain at the end of the season.

After a long break, the game of Seria A started again. I am enjoying the match of Napoli vs Crotone today. Although Napoli led 3-1 in the first half, they are now inactive in the second half. The match is now drawn 3-3. Crotone is the bottom team of the points table, compared to them Napoli is much stronger. I am hopeful Napoli will score more goals and win the match.
Edit : Napoli scored their fourth goal. Napoli defender Giovanni Di Lorenzo scored that goal.

There’s been a huge fight between Spezia and Lazio, I didn’t quit understand what happened but the players start to punch and kick themselves! What a restart for Serie A today, lots of goals and lots of  wrestling! So much fun!

I also watched the Derby Torino vs Juve match but now Juventus are one goal away from Torino and I see Juventus seem like it's a bit difficult to respond even though several attacks occur, although there is still time left so this should be an opportunity and turn around. If you fail to bring 3 points then I think it will be difficult to compete again or at least be in the top 4.
I think this season Juve are getting more and more difficult to make trophies.

I must admit that I was really shocked by the final result. This was one of the very important games for Milan to maintain their chance for the title. But I don't understand how the hell they couldn't win this easy game. After seeing this result, I'm very confident that they don't deserve to be the champions. Inter are the most deserving team now and they will most probably make it.

They save Pirlo ? I don't think Pirlo can be saved anymore because he lost the UCL , now he lost the title and he also lost the CUP so what is Juventus fighting for this year ? Nothing. They should replace Pirlo as soon as possible and then look to make some actual transfers and maybe sell Ronaldo because I doubt he will have the same hunger for UCL next year playing for Juventus.

in another match, Inter was against Bologna, the match seems to draw but lukaku success to make Inter win 1 point, very sure Inter will win in this match till end.

I don't know if they save Pirlo, the plan of Juventus was to take Guardiola 2 years ago and they got the deal otherwise they never sacked Allegri and waited 2 months to got Sarri.

Bologna did put up a good fight against Inter Milan today, holding them down to just a single goal win for Inter. Goal by Romero Lukaku in the late minutes of the second half, giving them a 3 points and making Inter Milan 8 points clear on top of the league.

Juventus had what I like to call a hard luck today with Benevento as they lost Juventus 0-1 Benevento. It was a breath taking game with so many attempts from Juventus, lots of them were on target but somehow, the goal keeper was just onto the ball and making so much saves. It didn't feel cool watching Juventus win though.

Another weekend, another slight win as Inter Milan edges closer to the serie A scudetto title by winning 1  nil away at Bologna thanks to the goal from Romelu Lukaku; With AC Milan playing a 1-1 draw at home to Sampdoria; Inter Milan has now gone 8 points clear at the top of the league; with a game in hand. The title is staying in Milan.
