AC Milan will remain ahead of inter Milan because AC Milan team are more stronger than inter Milan in this season which will make AC Milan to recover from their losses they experienced from their last two matches that reduced their points.

Overall I'm quite bored with this game because both teams had quite a bit of difficulty in setting goals there.
Bologna may be a bit calmer now thanks to Arnautovic's goal in the 61st minute but it's still not over now the game is entering a pretty vulnerable time because usually towards the last 10 minutes sometimes the balance and concentration of the team starts to break and this could be another goal either way for Bologna or Sampdoria

I would say that AC Milan's title win will largely depend on Inter Milan's performance. If Inter Milan can win their next 7 matches then they will undoubtedly be the Inter champions. I think AC Milan is finished and they can't come back to win the Scudetto this season, the poor results in the last 2 matches of course have a big impact on their mentality and so it will be very difficult to come back and win the next match.
