I will see Ac Milan full strength when they face equally strong teams like Napoli, Juventus or inter milan because these teams can provide a balanced game for them this season. The problem is there is no guarantee that Chelsea will agree to Roma offer moreover Roma wants to use cunning ways by making offers at the last minute, we know Roma also need new players to strengthen the attack line but they don't have enough budget so they have to find an alternative looking for cheap and quality players then they tried to take advantage of Lukaku's situation at Chelsea I hope Chelsea don't just let Lukaku go unless he makes it permanent next season. Chelsea have suffered a lot since they first brought in Lukaku so at least they have to get something if they want to let him go to Roma.
