I think it depends on the player and the coach! It's a such a small fees for lukaku but roma had an obligation to pay his salary till the end of season. Lukaku was also getting an offer from dortmund even though he rejects it. Even some people changed his name as lakaka which is inappropriate.

Roma had been successfully recruiting lukaku caused by roma has become the only club that has interest in signing him at the end of season. Lukaku may not be choosing this one if juventus was still having intention in signing him as a new striker.
His personality makes him looked like very bad striker. That's the reason why some clubs were withdrawing their interest in signing him as a striker. Lukaku needs to start from the bottom again.
he will not be playing in UCL and that means if lukaku will not able to showing off his performance to the another club. Im feeling bad for him but it's all caused by how bad his personality and attitude is.
