Yeah this defeat made Roma bad record in its last 3 matches even though previously we expected a fierce fight we don't know why Mourinho didn't prepare Lukaku from the first half he must be able to be relied on to disrupt Milan's defense but yeah Mourinho certainly knows the right strategy. With the addition of 3 points keep Milan at the top of the standings with perfect points but today Napoli will play the 3rd match they can take over the standings if they can win by a big score against Lazio.

Because if Inter Milan and Napoli lose or draw this week, this will automatically make AC Milan temporarily lead the current standings.

So far it seems that AC Milan has done a lot of things the right way while Roma has done a lot of things wrong. That is the short summary if the first three games in this season and Roma has serious issues. They didn't lose those games because they were out of luck. They lost all those games because they highly deserved it and yes, if a red card is received by the opponent so early in the game, this should be an opportunity that Roma should have not missed out on. But again, it was another game that showed a passive and lethargic Roma team, which is by far not as dangerous as they could have sometimes been last season.

Romelu Lukaku really didn't contribute much to this match. But we may have to be more patient to see Lukaku so he can adapt more to the club. Expectations for Lukaku are quite high. Even Roma were good in second half, but sadly they were completely clueless and have no threat to AC Milan defense which was impressive for the winners as they are doing good job but at the end in injury time AS Roma score consolation goal which was not enough for any positive end of this match for them now Lukaku is also debutant for them hopefully their attack could be better in coming matches.

Lol so funny how you tagged yellow card as an achievement, well he's a good striker and a type that would deliver when you least expect him to so I believe he'll get his time to impress the  Roma fans, he's done it at Intermilan last season so I believe with time we'll begin to see the best of him at Roma Hopefully after a few matches, the only EPL club Lukaku has really impressed for is Everton, although he scored some goals at Manchester about 28 goals in 66 Epl matches for them, but been terribly bad at Chelsea and  couldn't even find the net sometimes, but at Serie A he's been impressive with Intermilan for the past two seasons he's been with them and I even thought he'll remain there permanently this season, well he's got an experience with an Italian team so he should be used to the league by now and know the strength of several teams, which would help him with his confidence level when playing against them, he just got into Roma and I believe he'll start getting goals soon.

He just came to Roma and played about 20 minutes for them, it's too soon to say he will succeed or fail in Roma. I see he missed one opportunity, then missed a ball and made a stupid foul after that. Hope that he will succeed in Roma and make the club stronger as well as Serie A more exciting and competitive among big clubs.

Lukaku looks not fitted with Premier League as he played for some clubs there, Chelsea, West Brom, Everton, Manchester United and only succeed at two small clubs, West Brom and Everton. His return to Inter Milan in the last season is not a success and now let's see how he will improve his career in AS Roma.

Roma defense is not too good but the penalty for AC Milan is very controversial and I don't see how the referee can award a penalty to AC Milan. Roma already dive at bottom of table with only one point so far. They must focus on a next match to get first winning, three points and temporarily exit this mini crisis.

It is not about what happens in the first match. It is about what happens in the subsequent matches. They have new players so it is going to  take time to mix well with all the new players. I believe in Jose, at some point in the season they will get it right and finish top 4. Romelu Lukaku under Mourinho's management is good. Jose Mourinho, who already has a history of getting the best out of Lukaku will charge him back to his top form, we'll see. It is quite disappointing how AS ROma has always achieved unsatisfactory results in the first 3 matches, and it should not be obtained by a club like AS Roma. Jose must rack his brains to see how far his team can improve, because they have little time to improve.

Roma lost again on their own turf against AC Milan last night in game they should've at least gotten a point from but were totally outclassed by the Milan club and despite the introduction of their newly signed striker Romelu Lukaku in the 70th minute of the game, they couldn't stop the Milan club from taking home all three points.
AC Milan maintains their position at the top of the Italian Serie A table with that win by taking their total points to 9. Olivier Giroud scored a penalty in the game to  take his total league goals of the season to four goals and one assist.

AS Roma doesn't seem to be built to lift trophies, we've seen it go almost two decades without a Scudetto. Jose Mourinho can't do much with the current squad, he is not financially supported enough to build a squad like Alegri or Inzaghi. I think for now Roma will have difficulty getting back up, the addition of Lukaku cannot provide any guarantee.

At least Milan already led with a score of 0-2 before the red card, and with reuslt like that. So yes, even though Milan only played 10 players, of course Milan will be able to maintain the victory. I only watched the first half and the game ended up boring me, Roma seemed a little absent and only Milan played the game.

AC Milan had a fantastic performance last night. The team is impressively strong and well-prepared. Hopefully, they can continue to build on this momentum.
However, I have to admit that Pioli's decision-making cost them the game again. Pioli make this match unnecessarily difficult. It would have been wise for the coach to substitute Tomori right after the second half to avoid risking him playing with a yellow card. Tomori tends to make too many mistakes. Considering his recent poor form, he deserves the red rest.
