There are many differences between the two clubs, but I wasn't expecting Napoli to lose in such a way. As you can see, both clubs are in the Champions League, and they have the last game in the group stage. I assumed that since all of their attention would be on the Champions League, the game would end in a draw, but sadly, Napoli lost. Inter has been playing better than Napoli this season, taking the lead in the table, so Napoli's lose to them did not surprise me in the slightest. What still surprises me is that Napoli has struggled to return to its previous form of performance to make it so top. Roma have also overtake them with the same points but different goals.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri must allow his team to concentrate on the Seria A league because, in my opinion, even if Napoli advances past the group stage of the Champions League, they will not be able to qualify to the champions league final. If Napoli concentrates on the Seria A league, even if they are unable to win the league title this season, they should at least qualify to the Champions League next season, since Roma become serious to qualify to the Champions League.

The situation of Napoli before Mazarri's arrival put them in a situation where they have to fix the loopholes and come on top. Over the weekend, Mazarri has his second league game and I won't blame him much for the loss though because their opponent, the visitors are currently at the top of the league table and they personally wouldn't embrace a loss based on the goal they have for themselves. Mazarri just came and should be given time to show himself. Inter is currently a bigger team than Napoli. Disregarding the home advantage, Inter would currently either draw or win Napoli. Maybe last weekend they should have done better to keep a draw but let's not curse them.

 They're playing the league games and as well as the European games, their attention is on 2 trophies, European trophy will be difficult for them and I don't think that currently Mazarri would be able to scale through all the clubs that will be presented to him to face in each advancement phase of the tournament. Even in the Serie A, it'll be difficult for them to gain the top stand so it's just best that they focus their strength and struggle to maintaining a good result that'll see them scale through to the European cups next season. Mazarri can still make a great team from Napoli and their next game encounter is awaited.

Obviously the difference between both Napoli and inter Milan is consistency. Inter have been consistent so far both in serie A and in the champions league whereas Napoli have taken a nosedive as a result of not being able to get over their loss against Madrid, and this has been the problem of many teams who are defending champions, though I must also state that it is very difficult to defend a league title in the Italian serie A, so am not surprised to see Napoli suffering both in the champions league in domestic league, but I expect to see them bounce back soon because they have all it take to do so.

He's still a young lad but all I see in him is a complete leader and legend. He should be a role model to the younger players from his country still dreaming and hoping they make it pro! Two awards to his name last night and I was so excited seeing that for the Nigerian big man. Why extend his contract with a club that disrespected you after everything last season? Let's not forget he said no to Saudi Arabia for a deal that would be worth 1 Billion Naira in the Nigerian Currency to remain with Napoli and this is how they treat him ?

He should move to the Premier League. He'll definitely win the Champions League with Chelsea in the nearest future with them. He's the best attacking option for Chelsea. I'll love to see it happening.

I think extending his contract and playing in other clubs are not mutually exclusive. He could extend his contract and then he could end up with being sold to another team for a lot of money, Napoli trusted him and gave him time when he wasn't this great, and then he got better and better and showed himself there, it would be nice gesture to extend his contract before he leaves and then he leaves for a bigger club.

Of course if Napoli insists on not selling him, or keep asking 150+ for him then I would say that it is his right not to extend his contract and leave, there is no need to let Napoli block his move. I am not sure what the situation is like that for them, but it could definitely be worth it if he is allowed to leave.

But I am sure if Juventus can win today's home match. The Napoli team is not a weak team at all. The race for the Italian trophy is unceasingly fun as the top contenders more and more put the contest at it's peak. Inter Milan ensured a confident win against Napoli last weekend and this gave them a step ahead on the table and even would boost their depth of their zeal for their weekend game against Udinese who is a less threatening side. The odds of victory for them is high and undoubtedly, they can still keep their mark and goal margin on the table.

 For Juventus, they also won against Monza last weekend and they'd be up against Napoli this weekend. It's going to be tough too because Napoli are currently in a state of being a die hard squad, they'd strive to win just to get back on track of the table journey and won't trade chances either. Napoli will be out to test and they've got to give off their best to withstand and jump pass the challenge test of the weekend.

Victor Osimhen extending his contract at Napoli is something I never expected to happen after everything that happened with the striker and the club. I feel this player is just doing it for the money and I don't think he would stay beyond 2025 and the  clause attached to his contract is going to be around $100m, but it hasn't been signed.
Well if he's not doing it for the money I think Napoli board doesn't want to lose on both side just like what's happening at PSG, I really just wish a better club would come and get him before the start of January transfer.

Sure, money has an important role, but I think a player like Osimhen will prefer to focus on his career because he still can grow to be a better striker in the future. I assume he will leave Napoli if there is an offer from a big club like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, or Arsenal. Osimhen deserves to get a better club that is managed by a top manager (coach).

Whatever his decision, it shouldn't be based on the money only. If he plays for money, he must consider to move to Saudi clubs. But I never heard a rumor that he plans to move to SPL in the near future. It means he still care about his career.

Yeah the both clubs have been dragging the top of the table for some weeks now though I prefer Inter Milan because they score lots of goals in their matches and nothing gives a team more confidence in matches is if they are actually scoring more goals, like teams are always afraid when they meet a club that wins with high goal difference and if a team can score goals, then they definitely gonna win matches so I'm more satisfied with Inter Milan form rather than Juventus. Juventus is a club that though they win their matches but their goal difference ain't much such that their opponents can easily equalize their goals if they have the opportunity to score.

We can see the results of their last 4 matches, it looks very badly. They got 3 defeats and 1 draw in the last 4 matches. It is a warning for every bettor to be careful to bet on Atalanta. They are very unstable now, it is difficult to expect them to win again like previously. I think their performance is decreasing because there are 3 defenders injured. Sadly, they also have some big matches lately. They are very unlucky, they have no in a good condition to maintain their good performance.

I think both of these games are destined to bring forward home game winners. In my opinion there is no doubt that Inter Milan won't leave any points on the table and in the game Juventus Turin against Napoli it is less obvious who the winner might be, but the last game was surprisingly weak for Napoli at home ending with 3 goals against them. Juventus Turin isn't the best team in scoring goals, but there defense is strong and I believe the least outcome for Juventus will be 1 point although I tend to believe that this game will be a win for Juventus.

That would mean Napoli by then would have lost three out of their last four games, which I think would be the end for any ambitions to defend the title.
