Winning is essential for Napoli this season, they will strive for good results. Napoli will do everything in their power to deliver in both Seria A and the UEFA Champions League competition. We know the burden on the new coach will be difficult to cope with, but he has done an excellent job managing the team. I don't understand what quick results AS Roma wants by appointing De Rossi as Mourinho's replacement because clearly, of course De Rossi doesn't have great qualities as Mourinho's replacement. Therefore, by appointing De Rossi as head coach, I think AS Roma has hidden problems with Mourinho, so AS Roma made a quick decision by appointing De Rossi. Thus, the quick result that I understand here is a quick decision to fire Mourinho and a quick decision to appoint De Rossi as his replacement, because De Rossi is also a team legend. Osimehn is away on national duty and whatever the case maybe since he’s not present with the team, he can’t be judged by his past performance on not being able to be productive. With what Osimehn is playing in the national team now, if it can be replicated in the Serie A games when he’s back, he can make the team win more goals and more matches. Napoli in its entirety is weak, but with collective effort from the players, they can make a change and play a better game in their next few matches. I also feel their next match shouldn’t be hard for them to win, they should just remain focused and go for a win and work towards it in the match.

The match between Juventus and Inter Milan is going to be a very difficult one to predict after seeing how both teams are currently performing in the league games. Inter Milan are ahead with points but even a win in this match does not guarantee them to be serie A winners yet. It's not wrong to feel hurt when you see a player who previously had a big influence on being able to win a title like last season, but can't get any better this season. But you don't need to be too disappointed about that because now Napoli are also very aware of getting back to being better in every important match so that they don't continue to be in a bad position like they are now. It's very true that these new coaches needs some time as they are New to their team and will need the time to settle and get to know the team well enough to be able to know which tactical approach will best fit the team and that which works best for their team but coming in at the beginning of the season is usually challenging because the expectations are high already.

Mid season come with high expectations form coaches because boys usually expected of them to make up for the mistakes of previous coaches and see what they can do about the situation and making sure to fix the team and getting the desired results the fans and the management of the team requires of them. It's very challenging for most of these Coaches and they may have little to almost no time to fix all these before the end of the season.and this is the exact challenge Rossi is facing trying to make up for Mourinho's mistakes.

To be fair Napoli is not doing good even with him, not saying he doesn't make them better, but they are so bad right now that it doesn't matter if Osimhen plays or not, he is not that good. De Rosi has only played 3 matches of which 2 were for Serie A and one was for a friendly match so it is still difficult to predict whether he will have a big impact or not for Roma because if we look at the current conditions even though the first 2 matches in Serie A were quite good but we must have realised that their play was still standard in 90 minutes of play so this still has to be proven that he is someone who deserves Roma and replaces Mourinho as coach.

What he has to do is prove because after all this will not be obtained if in the end De Rosi fails to prove himself even though now he is still quite good but the opponent they face is actually not a big test so that victory becomes a natural thing.

It's true that we can't conclude how Roma will be from these 2 matches as you said it is an easy game for Roma so we have to wait when Roma plays against other strong teams,  On February 11, Roma will face Inter Milan so here we will see what the abilities of this new coach are, if Roma can win then he will be said to be a worthy coach or they don't need to win, just a draw is enough. Over the years, we've seen young managers who never had experience of managing a  first team end up as great managers of the the club they were playing for during their days as footballers.

Pep Guardiola had a successful spell with Barcelona, Zinedine Zidane also has a successful spell with Real Madrid currently, Mikel Arteta is doing well for Arsenal and hopefully for AS Roma fans, Daniele De Rossi is also going to have a successful spell with the club.  Since he became the club's manager, Daniele De Rossi have been able to win all his first three games and if he can continue with that,  then I think his time at the club is gonna be a success.

If you are making reference to the league title this season, then most definitely Napoli may not have a chance bat it and it's very normal because their performance recently isn't such that will be a able to give them a league title just like last season, they did much better than they have done this season and so they were deserving of the trophy last season.

I don't really understand your point of view as it regards victor osimhen playing to his full potential but to the best of my knowledge he has been doing so well for himself both in Napoli and back at his home country where he's actively participating in the AFCON, he's performance there has been good be was even tasted for dope and he did passed the test except that he hasn't been able to future in bigger teams or in elite leagues where he will have chance of doing even much more because even Napoli became big recently because of him, maybe if he moves to England achieving much more is possible.

The January transfer window has closed so Osimhen will continue with Napoli this season and it is very likely that he will stay with Napoli for a long time. I see that Napoli have high hopes for osimhen this season, he is expected to perform better in the second half of this season to bring napoli back to the top 4 rankings.
