Atalanta towards the end of this season surprised a lot of people with their wonderful performance. When they lost in Coppa Italian finals, I had it in mind that they were more focus on the Europa League finals and not Coppa Italia which is a smaller competition compare to Europa league competition. I started having confidence in Atalanta after they won Liverpool.

Leverkusen reached their last match unbeaten but they could not win the match after so much effort that they put in the second half to see how they can equalize the the two goals, but instead a third goal was scored again and that finally showed them that they cannot win the match. I feel for them and Xabi Alonso who thought that the trophy was already theirs. Atalanta have proved that they are better in a finals than Leverkusen. Who knows maybe it was the final pressure that made Leverkusen unable to put themselves back in the game, just like what they use to do before.

I don't think it was luck because the few times I saw the match and saw the money Atalanta had a very good performance, it may be disappointing because many people really believed that Leverkusen would get the victory but it was just an expectation, the history of being unbeaten in the final match must have been claustrophobic, but Atalanta also in the domestic league they played quite nicely in the final league match and showed themselves worthy of being the winner, just look at the match Atalanta is a team that has a perfect victory in their last five matches.

What do you mean, you compare him with Jose Mourinho? I think you should study first before giving such an assessment. I think De Rossi is not at all better than Mourinho, finishing in 6th place is not an achievement to be proud of.

To be honest, I really respect De Rossi because he was only appointed as a professional coach this season but comparing him to Mourinho is clearly very wrong. I think that next season the Giallorossi will be even more difficult to compete unless Roma management reshuffles several players and looks for replacement players who can bring big changes to the team.

Qualifying for the Europa League competition next season is a big achievement for Roma. And it was possible because Daniele De Rossi was able to bring back the quality of the team. I was also backing Leverkusen to win because I felt they have a better formidable squad to win that particular match.
A friend of mine before the game reminded me of the performance of Atalanta against Liverpool at Anfield last month in the first leg of their quarter final tie and told me that should Atalanta score first against Bayer Leverkusen, they'll definitely win that game. After the first half, the Italian team were leading by two goals to nil and that my friend also called and told me that Atalanta is going to be champions of the Europa League. Congratulations to Atalanta for winning their first European trophy last night.

Wow what a surprise win by Atalanta. They proved many people wrong including me. I also thought Bayer Leverkusen great team and long winning streak would be too much for Atalanta. But your friend was right Atalanta good game against Liverpool showed they could do it. And they won big leading 2-0 at halftime and taking home their first European title. Congratulations to Atalanta on this amazing achievement. It is reminder that football is full of surprises and we should not underestimate any team.

 No one expects all that will happen to Bayer Leverkusen, and their coach, Xavi Alonso, will witness such disappointment at the end because all their performances didn't show any signs of failure. But the mistake that we all made was overviewing what happened to the Liverpool and Atalanta games. I also thought it was just because of the poor performance of Liverpool, that is why they got knocked out by Atalanta, not knowing Atalanta had already planned their move to face any team.
 
But we all have to accept to congratulate Atalanta because they have already won the trophy, and if I am not mistaken, this is their first Europa Cup ever, but I know from now on they will be more motivated and have more wins in the future. Regarding Juventus and Monza I hope to see Juventus at least win this match against Monza and get the three points from this match however they are getting far from the top side of the table and Juventus is not in the situation at all, especially after the new about Allgeri. He was working at Juventus for three years and now he left Juventus to make this team find a new coach. However, we know any new other coach is better than Allgeri considering the performance he had in Juventus during the time when he was working in this team.

The league needs more money and more PR and it would be regarded as the best league in Europe. Juventus, Milan, Inter, Atalanta, and Roma are teams that can be top teams in Europe if they're backed properly.
Lazio, Fiorentina, and Bologna are also very good teams.
