I think currently Gian Piero Gasperini is confused because a higher club has offered him a contract to coach that club, of course this is good to increase his experience as a manager by trying a new challenge coaching an elite club but maybe he will feel a lot of pressure because he has to bring Napoli to achieve better performance but that is the coach's job if he wants to coach a big club. I think the situation is not that simple because after all things like this need to be considered further especially this is a matter of career future that he will prioritize.

In terms of clubs, we don't need to debate Napoli and Atalanta because indeed Napili has better strength than Atalanta in terms of resources and quality of players but when talking about teamwork then of course we will be able to say with confidence that Atalanta is currently better.

I didn't know about that until reading your post. I did a quick research and saw a source named Football Italia mentioning an offer from Napoli for Gasperini. 

However does he really want to leave Atalanta after winning the Europa League and qualifying for the Champions League? Because Napoli aren't going to qualify for any tournament this season. But if Gasperini wants some challenge and to revive Napoli then I understand him.    If I were in his place I would prefer Milan if they are also interested. I have some special sympathy for them which has remained from the distant past.

Current standings of Genoa until one match left success lead at 11th position is fantastic achievement behind as promotion team and Alberto Gilardino needed three points on last match against Bologna if won't drop to 12th standings position.
