Spalletti managed to make Napoli able to win the Scudetto last season after almost 33 years of their title fast, Spalletti struggle to end Napoli title fast was not an easy thing but with every process that exists of course he has proven that Spalletti is a reliable coach, but unfortunately the bad relationship with the owner of Napoli actually made Spalletti decide to leave and choose to coach the current Italian national team,  After Spalletti left, Napoli experienced a drastic decline in performance and even three changes of coach in one season were not able to make Napoli better.

You are all right in your analysis but the poor performance of Napoli is caused by all the players because when Osimhen was on injury the squad didn't coordinate very well and even when he returned they didn't put in more pressure as before and one thing I see about Victor Osimhen is that his mind is no longer with Napoli since after the mockery they made against the Nigerian skipper so his inability to perform same way he did in 2022/2023 season was just a complete 'out of mind'.
PSG is a nice club with great talents and since Mbappe will be leaving the club that means the need to sign Victor Osimhen should be considered even though he may not match up Mbappe's level but he will make good impact at PSG. The premiership is very competitive now p if he decides to move to any team in England he may not be visible so PSG is the right option for Victor.

I totally agree with you. Playing for PSG in France might be easy and comfortable for Osimhen but English league is where he will face real challenge and get noticed. English league is more popular and offers more opportunities than French league. Even when PSG wins league title it's not as big deal as winning Premier League. If Osimhen wants to improve his career he should consider playing in English league. It is place where best players are made and Osimhen can grow and succeed if he takes on the challenge.
