I never understood why teams are spending this much money on managers for long term. I get that you are not going to convince any manager with a one year offer, which is understandable because managers do want some sort of guarantee, but also wouldn't be smart to tell the managers that they should trust themselves?

If you are a great manager then you should be able to actually do something wonderful, by 2027 means that Conte will be there for 2024-2025 season and then 2025-2026 season and also 2026-2027 season, meaning a three year contract. If he starts and plays the team terrible for 20-30 games in a row, then you will want to fire him, which means you will pay 2.5 years of contract unpaid amount to him, makes no sense. They parted ways with him, I haven't read anything relating to sack and stuff, they respect him for winning the Seria A Competition even though he had a bad season.

But it's all over and they really have to do something different next season. Regarding the available coaches, I don't think Pochettino will be suitable to handle the Italian team and if possible they could contact Conte who is also still available on the market. I think an Italian coach will still be Milan's main choice rather than a coach from another country.

While I was waiting to see Conte joining teams like AC Milan and especially Juvnetos. It was very much surprising for me to see Conte talking with Napoli to start working there in the next season.

I agree that Oshimen should leave Napoli to find a new club to develop his career. However, owner Aurelio De Laurentiis continuously pushed up the transfer price, so all European giants gave up. It's true that I think Osimhen should stay with Napoli, he must be able to prove that he needs the right coach to return to his best performance, as we know Osimhen has been off track this season and he is not playing optimally Instead of competing at the top of the standings, Napoli were not even able to get a ticket to the Champions League. There is no doubt that Antonio Conte is a great coach who has a lot of experience coaching big clubs. So it is not surprising that everyone feels that Conte will be able to make Napoli become a strong club in Serie A again under his coaching. But I'm not sure Oshimen will still be kept from being sold if a high offer comes in. Napoli performance this season was really unbelievable from them after being the diffending champion of Italian last season, although their poor performance have really affect Osimhen because by this time last season all most everybody was very happy about the good performance of Osimhen both in the newspapers and social median, but this season they couldn't even qualify for Europe league, however even in their league table they end up in 10th possion.

After the scudetto, Napoli made a decision which in my opinion was a big mistake. Napoli parted ways with the coach, Luciano Spalletti. This is the beginning of the complicated situation experienced by Napoli for the 2023/2024 season. Napoli start the new season with Rudi Garcia as coach. However, he was fired after playing 16 matches. His position was replaced by Walter Mazzarri, a figure who in the past had coached Napoli for more than 180 matches. However, Mazzarri did not bring a positive trend. Mazzarri was fired after leading 17 matches. His position was replaced by Francesco Calzona.

 Napoli is really unstable with three coaching changes in one season. Napoli failed to defend their title after playing under three different coaches following the departure of coach Luciano Spalletti. However, to face next season, Napoli is starting to look for a head coach to start the next season and they have chosen Antonio Conte who has many achievements. This will be Conte's first job since leaving Tottenham Hotspur in March 2023. He has the tough task of lifting Napoli to the top flight of Serie A after their poor performance in the 2023-24 season. With the status of defending champions of the Italian League, Victor Osimhen et al only finished in 10th place with 53 points and failed to appear in Europe next season. Can Conte restore Napoli's performance and compete at the top of the league next season?

There is no doubt that Antonio Conte is a great coach who has a lot of experience coaching big clubs. So it is not surprising that everyone feels that Conte will be able to make Napoli become a strong club in Serie A again under his coaching. But I'm not sure Oshimen will still be kept from being sold if a high offer comes in. But there is also news that Chelsea, who were initially interested in Osimhen, have apparently abandoned their intention to bring in the Napoli striker. In fact, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, he said that Chelsea are indeed looking for a new striker but Chelsea are not negotiating to bring in Osimhen. So it could be said that the news regarding Chelsea intending to exchange Lukaku for Osimhen is just an issue. And Chelsea actually only wants to let Lukaku go without wanting to exchange him. And I have a feeling that Osimhen will not leave Napoli. Yes you are right I also think Antonio Conte is great coach who can help Napoli do well in Serie A. But it's not clear what will happen to Osimhen. Chelsea was interested in him but now they might not be. Even if they offer lot of money, Napoli might not sell him. Chelsea mainly wants to get rid of Lukaku, not trade him for Osimhen. I don't think Osimhen will leave Napoli unless team makes serious offer. If he stays, Conte can help him improve his skills.
