I think a top four is the goal they should have, if they finish at top four and go to champions league, the money they will make from that would be good. That's the thing about the big clubs that makes them big clubs, they go to UCL quite often, which is a lot of money if you do it for many years in a row. Imagine you are fan of a club that goes to champions league groups 10 years in a row, and sometimes even get out of the groups, you never have to be in quarter finals even, it would still make you better.

If Osimhen and several of Napoli main players still remain in this team, I'm sure Conte can produce the same results as Spalletti to be able to finish in the best position and get a ticket to the UCL, but it won't be possible to get it instantly or it will take one season.

However, I don't think Osimehn will remain at the club next season if he get offer from other clubs, Napoli's president always wants an immediate result and that is going to be difficult to achieve within a single season as a  managers. Some coaches need at least two seasons to get familiar with the players, many players have left the club since the Napoli president does not want any coach to end a season without raising any trophy, and I believe many players are going to leave the club soon, even though they want to renew their contract. Napoli is just similar to Chelsea, they have sacked two coaches this season. Napoli became the Seria A champions last season with the help of Spalleti, and they won the trophy that several managers were unable to win. I was really surprised that the Napoli president had an issue with him and decided to leave the club.

Actually, Juventus has shown good progress, it's just that they still have problems with their consistency this season, so they can't compete any more closely.
