Building a squad with young players is always going to be something that might not bring in the result that you want. Building a squad with good experienced players makes with some young talent is always going to have a better chance of bringing in good results. There is a reason why it is hard for a lot of teams to compete with having young players in the whole squad against the experienced and good squad. There is a chance that De Rossi will be able to bring good results with a young squad. But that is going to take time. Roma will have to be patient. And even after that, there is no certainty that the young squad will be able to bring in good results consistently if he is able to build one in the first place.

De Rossi has little experience. But he is hardworking. Whether De Rossi will be able to strengthen the Roma squad remains to be seen. I don’t understand why this is so hard to grasp. Being present in a competition does not mean that you are doing great in that competition. A lot of countries play in the World Cup. That does not mean that they all have done well in the World Cup. In the end there is one winner who is able to win the trophy. And that is the ultimate glory. He tried last summer to get a striker for the team, by the way, this was especially lacking throughout the entire season, Alegre was even ready to sell Vlahovic to replace him with a stronger striker, but nothing worked out, he did not receive proper funding.
I’m almost sure that Aregri is an excellent coach, perhaps the best coach for Juventus, but it just so happened that a lot of good players left the team, and they had to look for replacements among young guys who did not have the proper experience.

Yes you are absolutely right, unfortunately Italian teams do not have as much money as Real Madrid, Manchester city or Paris saint Germain. Massimiliano Allegri's first spell at Juventus was very successful because the club has a star-studded team that was unarguably the best in Italy then but unfortunately for him, this his last spell at the club actually didn't yield positive results like the first one because Juventus as a club was already struggling before his arrival. Allegri tried his best to bring the club back to winning ways but it seems his best wasn't just enough to actually help the team achieve the needed success which was why the club decided to relieve of his duties at the club while the search for a better option.
Earlier today, it was announced that Paris Saint Germaine have finally appointed a new manager in the person of Thiago Motta after his success with Bologna.  Thiago Motta who is a former Italian international I think will bring his youthful experience to the Juventus team but what I don't know is if he'll also record as much success he did with Bologna

Aside having wealthy owners, the league broadcasting system needs to be big to generate more revenue for the clubs, look at the EPL they have the money now because of how much they earn for match broadcasts, so currently you can’t compare them self. Yes you are absolutely right, unfortunately Italian teams do not have as much money as Real Madrid, Manchester city or Paris saint Germain. But having so much money to buy so many champions doesn't always give you the certainty of being able to win any competition, see PSG who spent an infinite amount of money and still haven't even won a Champions League, then Inter come to the finals with players taken on a zero parameter basis. What you say is true, but regarding Serie A team which cannot match the finances of big team from other leagues, this has never been problem because basically Serie A can always produce potential and great players.
Financial aspect can indeed influence the team to be able to have every great player easily, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the players can play very well and make big contribution, this is where Serie A excels.
They were able to bring in several young players at prices that were not that expensive but within few years these young players could have extraordinary playing skills, this is why Serie A has team that has been able to win important competitions such as the UCL several times.

As a player he has a lot of experience and has achieved many achievements but as a coach he has not achieved much experience but he has a very tough challenge he has to coach a club as big as Juventus even though he has no experience in coaching a big club but if he feels capable and confident I hope it will produce good results. Sometimes coaches who don't have much experience coaching big clubs must also be given the opportunity to prove their abilities. In their first season, I don't expect much from this coach. It's quite difficult to win a title in their first season, even for experienced coaches. It's also not certain that you can win the title in the first season.

What is clear is that I need good improvement for Juventus next season and it is better than this if Juventus has not won the title at least they are better able to compete in the league and also the Champions League next season because Juventus is a big club so if their performance is less than satisfactory it will disappoint most fans.
