Motta did helped Bologna to have a good decent season, but once again Juventus is getting a manager that has not worked at a big club before. I think that's the problem with most teams, even clubs as big as Bayern, end up not getting managers who have experience at the highest level.

If I want to get someone to be Juvnetus manager, I would have looked for someone who had won one of the five big leagues in the past 2 seasons, that's it. Not saying it would have been Xavi directly, but that's actually a good idea.
