In my observation that Juventus is slowly much better than last season, they play without burden when handled by Thiago Motta it is clear that Thiago Motta's positive aura brings significant changes, so far Juventus have not conceded and that is an extraordinary thing, not in their game it is very visible, that all players adapt so quickly to their fellow teammates, this is what makes the difference in the Juventus squad this season with last season, where they found it very difficult to win at the end of the season, in fact they always get bad results even though they won the Copa Italia title.
Of a truth, Juventus is much better than they have been before especially in rhw closing of last season, their current form is way much better and they aren't looking like they may decline but my fears still remains that this is very similar to what happened last season so chances are that they may repeat it except they have a sustainable strategy this time if not it will be another season of struggling to finish amongst the top ten or worse case avoiding relegation. Copa Italia was not a targeted trophy I supposed but for the sake of making something of the season, they had to use that to make up for all the lapsus of the season so this season I expect better from them.
Their problem is their consistency which is still fluctuating, last season they started well but ended quite disappointingly. This season they seem to be able to start well, but I still can't say whether they will be consistent enough to maintain that or not. Because what I saw in the previous few seasons they always experienced something like that, which was declining at the end of the season.
Now their job is to be able to maintain their consistency very well, if they can do that, then it is not impossible that they will be able to reclaim the Scudetto title that has been lost from their grasp in the last few seasons. And I am sure their main target is also to return the Scudetto title to them.
Inter and Juventus started the season very well, but Roma and Milan could not do this. The pre-season camp for Milan was very good, however. Many people were hopeful about the new Milan after the pre-season matches and made very positive comments, but they are now more hopeless about Milan due to the consecutive points losses. They can play better matches. Because a difficult fixture awaits them.
That's why I can't make preseason matches a benchmark for a team in the real season, we can see from what AC Milan experienced at the beginning of this season, even though in the preseason they played well and many people believed in them. Unfortunately they couldn't continue that in the real match and even in the first 3 matches they haven't been able to get a single win.
For a team that was runner-up last season, this is clearly not a good thing for them. They were predicted to perform better, but the results they got at the beginning of the season made their confidence decrease. Maybe this isn't the end, but usually people look at what they achieved in the closest or last match.
