Yes, currently most teams from Serie A are unable to compete well in the UCL, because the proof is currently only Inter is able to penetrate the top 10 in the UCL standings. Meanwhile, other teams like Napoli and Juventus, they are really struggling a bit right now, because the proof is currently Napoli is in 20th place and Juventus is also currently in 23rd place in the UCL standings. So with that, I also feel that the teams from Serie A are currently not too favored in the UCL. Because basically their performance is really less competitive than teams from other national football leagues such as La Liga and other major leagues.

I don't understand why they can't compete, until recently they were truly among the top 3, however football is strange and therefore there could be a reversal of the trend in the next few periods, it is clear that this can happen at any moment, so we cannot say that there will certainly be the end for all Italian teams.

TBH, I see it a bit differently. The fact that Napoli’s form dropped right after their key player got injured just shows how much they rely on him. Lukaku and KDB get injured all the time and still miss a bunch of games too. Plus, the points gap between Napoli and the other teams is super tight. So honestly, I don’t think Napoli are in a safe spot yet, and I kinda doubt they’ll win the title this season.

Como have indeed started this season very well. And Como can be said to be almost on par with other strong teams in Serie A for quite obvious reasons. Como has managed to beat several strong teams like Lazio and Juventus. Then, Como also managed to hold Atalanta and Napoli to draws. And this has made everyone who initially didn't care much about Como start to pay attention to Como. Como has managed to capture everyone's attention in Serie A now.

And I think their performance will continue to improve each season. The important thing is that they don't change coaches and also strengthen their squad again in the upcoming transfer window.

I completely agree with you, now that Napoli are on a very tight schedule they don't see like they were before, now they find it hard to even endure the pressure of playing in the champions league and also they find it hard to maintain their position on the log, it is more stressful and the squad can't endure the pressure, this was the same thing Inter Milan faced last season (they tried) and I some how blame Inter for not winning the league last season, said this because they know how hard it will be if they chase the champions league without securing the league that it will be a double loss, was expecting them to first gain a strong ground with points on the league table then fight with all they have got to win the champions league but they gambled with some of the league game in other to win the UCL not knowing that they're in for trouble, to lose both titles, is depressing honestly and I don't even see Napoli getting close to where Inter got last season in the champions league, they don't have what it takes to go far and defend their title.

The reasoning is quite logical and we can now see the proof of this Napoli are faced with a tight schedule that has made their performance inconsistent and many unresolved issues, such as injuries to several key players have significantly impacted the team's performance.
However things are now fair Several teams at the top of the Serie A table have tight schedules which should be fair enough for the competition this season, Frankly I doubt Napoli will be able to retain their title even though they will remain fiercely competitive.

In the past previous seasons two teams have  been competing for the Scudetto, which are Inter Milan and Napoli, but seeing three teams tie on the same point in the top four of Serie A, I agree that this season is highly competitive, and even though you believe they are really fighting for the top spot, it is good that is happening this season because it will make us enjoy Serie A and have fun this season.

Torino have been in really good form lately, and that kind of consistency can make them tough opponents, and their confidence will definitely be high, especially after beating Napoli and holding teams like Lazio. Spalletti’s side will need to be sharp defensively and make the most of their chances, because Torino won’t be easy to break down.

I understand it may not be an easy task, but we should be able to see this change one way or another. Because of this, I think they are making a mistake and should not be considering the injury as the reason and they are just overall doing badly these days. Like or not. Spalletti has to win his upcoming game. He's failed in giving Juve first win UCL. It can be worsen if he's also continue in being winless in the domestic league as well. If he unable to gives three points against Torino, he is getting closer to follow Tudor to be sacked immediately after a fewer games.

1.52 for Juve clearly says they being favored, but a risky enough to bet consider the up and down in their performance.
