Last night, Inter Milan won and took the top spot in the league.
They beat Lazio 2–0 and secured all three points.

Roma also won 2–0 at home against Udinese, putting them level on points with Inter Milan.

Napoli lost 2–0 to Bologna and surrendered the lead to Inter.
In their last three matches, they’ve recorded two draws and one loss, their form has really dipped lately.

This season, Serie A is incredibly competitive; the league leadership can change after almost every match.

Serie A is very competitive at the moment. Since the beginning of the season, we have seen napoli at the top of the table. But this week we see Napoli now in fourth place in the table. Inter Milan is at the top of the table. The most interesting thing is that Roma still holds the second place in the table.

Inter Milan have won four of their last five matches. On the other hand , napoli have won only two of their five matches. AC Milan's performance is also quite erratic. They are  unbeaten in five matches , but they have shared points in three matches. On the other hand, the team is in second place in the table, having  earned  the same number of points as Inter Milan.

Roma's performance has  surprised us all. The team is not very strong. But , their performance is stable. Roma have scored only 12 goals in 11 matches. On the other hand,  Inter milan have scored 26 goals in 11 matches.

I think Ive never seen the series so competitive in recent years, it's clear that this makes everything better, the championship like this is a pleasure to watch, right now all the teams can do well and they are all up there, this is an excellent thing.

Napoli is currently experiencing a decline in form, In their last five matches, they have only managed two wins, one draw, and two losses. This is not a good sign for a team aiming to win the title, so Napoli's defeat this week wasn't a surprise to me.
Of the teams I've seen, I slightly favor Roma and Inter Milan for this season's fierce title race, I think these two teams have slightly better consistency than some of the other teams at the top of the standings, However there are still many matches left and the season is still very long, What is clear is that this season's Serie A will be much more competitive than last season.

I think all the teams in the league is not consistent enough this season, they are all managing to win match by match all hoping to win the title which is still very much open for all. Napoli hasn't been as consistent as Roma and Inter but are only 2 points behind them. Inter and Roma that are consistent only has 24 points in 11 games played with a total possible point of 33 points so it means they are all not consistent enough that why the competition is very intense among the top teams. Fifth place Bologna is just 3 points behind Inter Milan that tops the competition.

Their decline is visible, especially after they suffered this defeat which made them finally have to let go of the top of the standings and now occupied by INter Milan who this week succeeded with a victory, followed by AS Roma who have the same points as INter Milan.

Napoli must immediately evaluate their performance, this is very noticeable the decline they show. On the other hand, the team that is competing with them is not just 1 or 2, but there are at least 4 teams that are now very close. If they continue this negative trend, then they will fall further behind and minimize their chances of becoming champions.

There is still chance of taking back the top spot because they are just 2 points behind so if Inter, Roma and AC Milan should drop points then Napoli should be able to take back their spot.
I'm sure they are aware of their performance and will definitely do something about it to try and improve their game, they can't continue in this way if they do they risk losing the title this season.

Actually if we look at the last 5 matches, there are no Serie A teams that have played consistently that's why those at the top of the standings can be displaced. This is probably their worst start in a decade. The players seem exhausted while the season is just getting started. Something is definitely not right, they're not looking dangerous against their opponents but prefer to play calmly in their own half. Ac Milan and other clubs are still playing well, and they are doing everything possible to return to the top of the table. The Serie A league is very competitive, and winning the league is always difficult, we saw how good Inter Milan played last season and ended up without a trophy, and I still doubt Napoli will win the league title this season.

Atalanta is having a very bad season with only 2 wins and 7 draws so far this season. This is a very bad performance for a team as good as Atalanta with loads of experienced players. It is what it is at the moment. Well, this is a game of football, no one believed Bologna was going to pull up a suprise as they did against Napoli. Sometimes the craziest moments happen in the odd times of a football match even though Bologna has been doing very well recently.

Inter Milan is yet to get a true contender and the table still hasn't set for the season. I still believe Napoli has what it takes to smile home with the title this season.
