It's similar to Erik Ten Hag's situation. The Dutch manager has similarly failed at the teams he's been with. You could view this as pure marketing. His agent presents him well to the teams, and they trust him. But they're not considering his past performances, which I think is a huge mistake.

It looks like you missed one of the most instrumental coaches in reviving AS Roma's performance last season. That is Ranieri. I think even Gasperini will not necessarily bring AS Roma up as fast as Ranieri did last season. Ranieri came to AS Roma in the middle of the season. Then he made AS Roma almost unbeatable by any team in Serie A since he took over the coaching chair at AS Roma. He came back from retirement only to resurrect AS Roma who had originally fallen. AS Roma was even close to the relegation zone at that time. And thanks to Ranieri we saw AS Roma manage to end the season in 5th place and actually almost in 4th place. Maybe if Ranieri took the position of AS Roma coach since the beginning of the season I feel this team will even win the title last season.

And this season Gasperini continues the legacy of Ranieri actually. And Gasperini did well. That's all I think.

AS Roma have good quality and how they won UEFA Conference League with Jose Mourinho, one failed final match in Europa League with him, and another season with Jose and De Rossi, all shown their quality. However, they are not good enough to compete for Scudetto in previous seasons but they are doing something very different in this season with Gasperini. There is still many months and matches to play and complete well for winning Scudetto and the second position is only temporarily for Roma.

AS Roma was even close to the relegation zone at that time. And thanks to Ranieri we saw AS Roma manage to end the season in 5th place and actually almost in 4th place. Maybe if Ranieri took the position of AS Roma coach since the beginning of the season I feel this team will even win the title last season.

All of us here actually always feel almost unbelievable with what Fiorentina is currently experiencing. Well last season this team was still able to compete well with other strong teams in Serie A. But in this new season we see a decline in performance that is too sharp in my opinion. And Pioli as Fiorentina coach this season seems to be one of the reasons behind the decline in the performance of this team. It seems that he is unable to bring out the quality of the players this team has. And he also seems unsuccessful in making a suitable strategy for this team. Now Fiorentina is coached by Paolo Vanoli. I am not sure if it will work this time. Fiorentina has suffered greatly this season. They have not performed as well as expected compared to last season and have instead become the worst team at the bottom of the Serie A table, with only 5 points from 11 games and no wins.

I think they need to replace their coach. Vanoli has been unable to improve Fiorentina, and if they want to survive, they need a more strategic mind to devise a plan. This requires a coach with a variety of approaches and a deep understanding of their opponents.
