I just see Gasperini as a manager who really loves the challenge.    First he managed Atalanta and tried to do a really hard work to reach the top. Maybe he couldn't make the team the champion but he got really nice results.

Como manager Fabregas knows very well that his squad is not very strong. como is playing well this season  because the players are very confident and fabregas's match strategy is excellent. Fabregas has adopted the strategy of controlling the match by possession of the ball. It is working  very well. I have seen that in most of the matches Como's target is to control the match by  possession of the ball and keep the defense strong. They are also able to counter-attack quickly. Como's biggest achievement is that they have  conceded only 16 goals in  21 matches. The team is doing very well. I will be happy if como is able  to qualify for the Europa League.

Actually, it's both of them. Both the management and the coach are taking actions aimed at the team's rise. Como current success is certainly due to their excellent management and coaching staff. The management has always supported Fabregas aspirations as their goal is to build a long term team. This was evident after Como promotion to Serie A last season. Furthermore Fabregas is adept at combining experienced veterans with young talent.
