Milan's future manager is still not decided. Pochettino is one of the names going in rumours but he is managing the USA national team.

I wouldn't expect him to sign until the end of the World Cup. However Milan shouldn't wait that long in my opinion. 

Arne Slot has just got sacked by Liverpool. He is also said to be a candidate but I don't know if he thinks of working in Italy now.

There is another name that is also rumored to coach Milan, which is the former Crystal Palace coach, Oliver Glasner. He parted ways with Crystal Palace after successfully winning the Europa Conference League trophy. It is said that both parties are only planning to talk. I had to pinch myself, no he left Juventus to Manchester United, that was his second return and it was from there he moved to Al Nassr. It's been years now since Ronaldo left Juventus and they are posting about him, could it be that they are missing him? Or they want to remind us that the GOAT once played for them! 

Cristiano Ronaldo is a very great player he is one of the best player ever since the history of football. And I think he has the services for all the team in which he ever played so it is not wrong if someone said that those clubs are missing Cristiano Ronaldo.  But I think sharing the picture of Ronaldo by juventus page is maybe the chain of his good memories of those time when he was the part of that team. He is now playing in Al-Nassar and doing his great work he is the best player ever who is very close to make his new record of the highest goal scorers. He is 41 years old and still looking very young fresh and energetic and proves that age is just a number for him he is playing beyond the limits for his team. Even after his retirement he has a very bright chances to continue his journey with a different position.

What they did in this season is a sign that they are going to perform more in the next season, because there are some signs that Como management will not going to add more players than to increase their players money so that it will move them to do more in the next tournament.

There’s no guarantee Como will do better next season. We’ve seen plenty of teams like Como have a great season and then struggle to maintain that level the year after. In the end, it all comes down to how the management handles the squad.

For me, if Como choose not to sign any new players and only raise the wages of the current ones, that wouldn’t be the right move. Yes, you are right. Al Nassr is paying Ronaldo a huge amount of wages. At the same time, Ronaldo  is getting a lot of benefits from the club and the Saudi government. Inter Milan is definitely a big team with a lot of success, this team definitely needs an experienced coach. Slot has already been fired from Liverpool, but I think he should have been given some more time. Looking at last season's success, Inter Milan can consider him as an alternative coach, Slot will definitely try to give Inter Milan something good if given the opportunity.

In my opinion, a team like Milan should hire Jorge Jesus (the Al Nassr coach). For me, he would be the ideal coach for Milan. He would make Milan play beautiful football and win Serie A, and they could even do well in the Champions League. Jorge Jesus has already coached Benfica, Flamengo, Al Nassr, and even Fenerbahce, and in all those teams he made them play well; only at Fenerbahce did he fail to win the title. But I believe that at Milan he would be capable of winning Serie A. Honestly, I don't know why Pochettino would be a good option. I see that the Milan management still lacks ideas about what they really want in the long term. They will probably fail again next season.

You are wrong, @fuguebtc is talking about Arne Slote as AC Milan coach, not Inter Milan. Inter Milan are currently not in a situation to change coaches, they in the hands of Chivu have given a great performance this season, proven by winning the Scudetto. Chivu is worth keeping.

Juventus in Italy is not a team that would want to add Ronaldo to their squad because they want to rejuvenate the team. Cristiano Ronaldo could only be a manager for that team, and even then, only after he retires from football. He is still competing in football and is 41 years old. In this season, too many coaches are available in the market. AC Milan needs to take their time and then wisely choose their new coach because any decision in a hurry surely can give them a troubling time in the future. Milan was doing well, but in the last four games they have had 3 defeats. This let them down in the league table.

Here I have to agree that Arne Slot is a good coach with good experience at Liverpool. This can help him to have good services at Milan. You say that Juventus spent a lot of money, but honestly, I haven't noticed any major signings for their squad. When Spalletti first arrived, he said that the team needed to strengthen its attack, but apparently he was unable to secure the necessary funding for that, because I haven't seen a single quality striker come in and improve the team's offensive play. If Spalletti is unable to convince the club's management to invest in new transfers, then in my opinion it would be better for him to leave the club and make way for a more ambitious coach who can help improve the team.

I also find AC Milan's situation unfathomable. How can a team like AC Milan not be able to secure a Champions League spot this season? For a major team failing to qualify for UCL is a hugely disappointing failure. Juventus performed particularly poorly in their final Serie A match against Torino despite having a two goal lead before losing control. A draw against Torino wasn't enough to salvage their position in the final standings, leaving Juventus in sixth place, failing to secure a Champions League spot. This is especially embarrassing especially since Juventus spent a fortune on players last season, supposedly a top 4 finish and perhaps even a title challenge.

Reportedly despite Juventus failure this season they are retaining Spalletti. They may be giving him time to rebuild Juventus into a respected Serie A team. Spalletti must conduct a major overhaul particularly in character development, as Juventus current character is very weak. Tactics and technique without character will make it difficult to compete for trophies as performances will fluctuate, as has been the case this season. Furthermore Juventus must be active in the transfer market as they currently lack players with a competitive mentality.
