Jorge Jesus is a coach we know from Turkey, and he did a good job there. He also had a successful period in Saudi Arabia. I think he's someone who could be successful at Milan. When he takes over at Milan, he'll be there with new players and a new structure. It's difficult to predict who will take over the team, but I think this would be one of the best options.
Jesus was an unsuccessful head coach in the Turkish League. During his tenure at Fenerbahçe, he conceded 3 goals in both home and away matches against their biggest rival, Galatasaray a total of 6 goals across two games. He also conceded 3 goals against Ümraniye, which was relegated that season. Not only did he fail to win the derbies, but he was also eliminated in the Champions League qualifiers against Kiev. The team scored 87 goals in the league but conceded a total of 42. His only success in Turkey was winning the Turkish Cup. He won it without facing any of the other three major teams in the draw. He loves money. Tens of millions of euros are spent, and it might bring success for just one season. Afterward, he goes wherever offers the most money. He doesn’t build any sense of belonging, any plan, or any system.

Sometimes there are other factors that guarantees success that people pay little or no attention to and I think it is one of those principles that helped Como 1907 achieved what they did this season in the Serie A,
I suggest the coach had already set the goal and had also shown the team the possibilities and the what is required of them to achieve their set goal and it gave the team the driving force and inspiration they needed to work hard.
A visionary coach can sometimes influence a supposed weak team to achieve the unbelievable. This seem to be the case of Como, they had a coach who saw possibilities where no one saw it, he had the vision and believed it then sold it to his boys and they saw what he was seeing, so they worked together and the result is what everyone is proud of about them now. But also beyond that visionary coach is also the role of determined players who wants to achieve as much as they believe they could achieve together, that does plays a role in the much the team can achieve at a time.

Milan needs to not go for any dice role and hope for the best anymore, they do not have that anymore, they need to make sure that they pick the best they could pick and should not be considering this as a way to move forward. I get that it may not be cheap, they would have to get a coach out of Saudi Arabia, which is a very expensive place, so the termination and all that, must be very expensive.
So the best hope Milan has would be that Al Nassr would be willing to let him go for free. But if that were to happen, Jorge Jesus has to want to go to Milan so much that he pressures Al Nassr to let him go for free. I am not sure if he wants the Milan job that much right now, he needs to be convinced enough so that he could convince his team.

I know everyone was fascinated by the way Jorge Jesus took the reins of Al Nassr and led them to victory. It's truly one of the most remarkable things that has caught his attention. He only joined the team to help Cristiano Ronaldo win the league, which is very commendable and speaks volumes about him. I agree that they should bring Jorge Jesus to Milan; I would love to see him managing Modric. I think he would make them a very strong team, worthy of competing in the Champions League.

When he takes over at Milan, he'll be there with new players and a new structure. It's difficult to predict who will take over the team, but I think this would be one of the best options. While he was not really "that" successful in Turkey, he was alright, he did his best, but the team he managed did not have any time to waste, so if you are not getting the title, you are fired, they fired every manager they got, for not winning the league. But in Saudi Arabia, he really found himself and managed to be amazing, he has done awesome and then paired up with another Portuguese player Ronaldo and they won again. Back in Portugal he was already a legend. So Milan would be lucky to have him for sure.

Leao's name is hot also because he is not a poor player who is unable to do what is asked of him, clearly at Milan he was put in a condition that in my opinion he is unable to express his potential 100% and this is a very strange thing and so they only waste one player, they will never be able to do better than this with this player at Milan.
yes the name of leao is simply very sought after, due to his cost, he is a player who in my opinion in a well done context where he is even more stimulating than that of AC Milan can do great things, now at AC Milan he has been a former player for a long time and is not able to do very well, i don't think it is normal to continue like this.

Jesus was an unsuccessful head coach in the Turkish League. Jorge Jesus is a master of winning trophy and playing dazzling football that shakes the field and he has already proven himself in the camps of Benfica, Flamengo and Al Nasr. Even it is not long ago we have seen his man-management technique, behind Ronaldo's victory in the Saudi League trophy was worth watching alone. However the story is it is not Saudi League it is Italian league. And Serie A is a tough tactical and defensive arena. So if you think that he will be able to adapt to the tough conditions of Italian football things may not be as simple as that After another pointless and frustrating season Milan urgently need to strengthen their footing on field and move in a strong direction. Rather than experimenting or gambling with a big name coach, I would say they should hire a seasoned coach with good experience in Serie A league

Como are going to the Champions League... And now what's Fabregas' plan I wonder? Because you know he is likely to lose some of his talented players this summer. Just as Paz to Real Madrid for only 9 million euros. I assume they would buy him back after watching his performances. Fabregas can look for new talents then of course not to make changes in his system. People will expect him to keep this level in the Serie A. If I'm not mistaken, COMO is currently moving quickly to be able to make several players whose loan status will end this season permanent, but there are still key players whose status is still unclear until now, but I think that COMO will resolve this because their position is a newly rising club and they also don't want their key players to be taken away from them after their good performance this season. but I also feel that COMO might also make purchases of players in the transfer this season, such as Nwaneri, Fortea, and Yáñez, that means that Fabregas is also not sitting still to maintain existing players, they are ready with all possibilities whether it is hunting for new players or negotiating to retain players.

Congratulations Napoli! Was nice to know you, get ready to battle with Genoa and Fiorentina for top spots...once you flip the table upside down I never thought there would be people dumber than those in charge of AC Milan, glad to hear there are! Now is the time to get rid of Cardinale also, bring Berlusconi back oh, we need a tech for that, my bad! Glasner and Rangnick, meh, but still a step forward, not one hundred back

One of the main problem the SerieA team have is the circle of coach they always have going around and going from team to team and now new coachs comes to this football to improve it or at least change anything, for example the only one diferent right now is Fabregas, all the rest are allways the same coachs, Allegri, Sarri, Conte, etc, and that can make you stall.

According to rumors on Transfermarkt, Marco Palestra and Curtis Jones are on the verge of signing with Inter Milan. For me, Palestra is an interesting player who could become one of the best in the right-back position. With Dumfries and Darmian there, it's definitely an area they need to strengthen. On the other hand, Curtis Jones is not a player I like, and I don't think he suits Inter's style of play. But that's just because the guy gets on my nerves, so I can't be objective about him.

This not the AC Milan team we used to see in the previous years, they hardly played well in the league and also struggled to qualify for the Champions League. We just watched them bottled their chance to qualify for the Champions league for Como to grabbed the spot, and they will play in the Champions League next season after their wonderful performance this season. They still need to spend more money on players since most of their key players will leave in the summer. In addition, are you trying to say they should hire a manager from Saudi Arabia? I don’t think that’s a good idea because the club has other options to hire a manager. Im not sure this team will afford to pay these managers the same amount they are paid in Saudi Arabia, and I don’t think the Al Nassr manager, who left after he led them to win the league, is capable of bringing this team back to their best form.

I think Jorge Jesus' profile matches what Milan is looking for. I still can't believe they were eliminated from the Champions League, and that Como is in charge. I mean, not to belittle them, but I hope Como doesn't mess things up, because Milan always does a good job in that competition. If Como maintains the level they showed in Serie A, then it will be a spectacular show, but they can't let their level drop.

AC Milan spent most of the season competing for Scudetto, and in last 8 matches, they not only officially lost Scudetto but also lost their position in Serie A top four with a terrible match series. They got only 7 points in last 8 matches with 2 wins, 1 draw and 4 defeats, with this terrible ending form, they lost everything from Scudetto to top four, and face with uncertainty in this summer and the next season. This severe failure affects AC Milan a lot in their activities on the transfer market and training sessions in the summer as well as how they will perform a next season, with less income for their club without participation in UEFA Champions League. Jorge Jesus matches with AC Milan, I really don't know as I even don't know about his coach. Is it his first season in Serie A if he becomes AC Milan head coach?

This could be a problem. But I think the biggest problem with Serie A is that they don't have a lot of money to build their squads. Nowadays, because of the media hype, talented players have to be bought at very high prices. Serie A clubs spend a lot of money in a very short time. Especially since most teams have weak attack. It is hard for them to score 60+ goals. If you can't strengthen your squad, it's hard to keep the performance stable. There's no denying that Fabregas has done a great job this season. But such incidents are very rare.

I agree about the finance problem for Italian teams... Let's take the Premier League as an example here. Even the relegated teams are making an insane amount of money there. But when it comes to the Serie A teams, even the champion can't get even more money for the title. This is a serious reason behind the teams here not being able to make big signings. Juventus took a big risk in the past by signing Ronaldo and had serious financial problems later on.

Inter has had the same revenue as Chelsea and if Juventus were in Premier League, they would be the 7th team by ranking in revenue, after Inter and Milan. Also, no Premier League team is on the podium in revenues, the order is Real, Barcelona, Bayern, even PSG is 4th! It takes 3 seconds to Google something! I think Jorge Jesus' profile matches what Milan is looking for.
What? Washed-up trainer that ended in Saudi Arabia? Lol! Maybe they should extend their search area nd contact someone from the Nepalese league!

There’s been talk of Arne Slot recently, I’d say he’s a much better option, but who knows how much he will want in money. Then there are other very good managers without contracts, including Guardiola, though he wants financial and transfer market assurances, and Conte, who, however, has shown himself to be somewhat unstable and prone to conflict.

One of the main problem the Serie A team have is the circle of coach they always have going around and going from team to team and now new coachs comes to this football to improve it or at least change anything, for example the only one diferent right now is Fabregas, all the rest are allways the same coachs, Allegri, Sarri, Conte, etc, and that can make you stall.
I don't know if that detail is true, I think the circulation of managers in Serie A is normal, like other leagues. Even if that were the case, would it really be a problem in Serie A? I think you need to take a closer look bros @Volgastallion, I think you will get a different assessment or result since Serie A has 20 teams in it.

yes the name of leao is simply very sought after, due to his cost, he is a player who in my opinion in a well done context where he is even more stimulating than that of AC Milan can do great things, now at AC Milan he has been a former player for a long time and is not able to do very well, i don't think it is normal to continue like this.
Honestly, I like Rafael Leao's performance a lot. I have seen some great goals from Leao. He is capable of performing well. But Milan's squad is not that strong. So he is not able to fully develop his talent in AC Milan. This season, Leao has scored 9 goals and made 3 assists. His performance this season was worse than the last two seasons. If Leao goes to a Premier League club, he will undoubtedly play better. Manchester United, Chelsea or Munich could be good options for him at the moment.

I also like Marco Palestra due to his performance at Atalanta before he was loaned to Cagliari and his stats are not bad because he played 37 matches for Cagliari last season which shows how fit he has been all through the season and he has made 3 goals assist and scored one goal so i believe that if Inter Milan signs him, he will be very useful in their right wing position. For Curtis Jones, he doesn't have a good stats as a midfielder at Liverpool and i believe that is the reason why Thomas Tuchel didn't include his name for the world cup, i don't think he can be productive at Inter Milan. Inter Milan needs a solid midfielder who can control the midfield perfectly because they are lacking in that area.
