Roma board must be really happy with signing Gasperini after a great season with him. Maybe it wasn't easy for them to qualify for the Champions League but they have made it. Besides making it with a squad like that also matters. He had really limited kind of options to make this happen. I can't say the team was even so productive during the whole season. He should be given a decent budget for summer transfers after this result. Despite 11 losses, Roma are still in a position to qualify for the Champions League. This shows how important winning matches is. Even with 11 losses, qualifying for the Champions League is an achievement for Roma. Furthermore, Roma has the most losses among the top eight teams. They should be given a transfer budget to build a strong squad next year. Gasperini is doing an excellent job in Rome, congratulations to him, it's definitely not an easy place, considering that they also contested Mou, I'm not surprised that they might also contest Gasperini in the future, but for now let's say that he did an excellent job that few have managed in the last period.

What Milan and a lot of other big teams in Italy needs is to recover they faith and also to start to have real references players not just "stars" or young projects with them, i mean who is the Maldini of Milan? Pirlo of Milan? Modric could be one but he is already super old you can build anything around him thinking in a long project, that is the main problem and reality in most of the big italian teams.

Please, Jorge Jesus isn’t the answer for Milan either. There’s been talk of Arne Slot recently, I’d say he’s a much better option, but who knows how much he will want in money. Then there are other very good managers without contracts, including Guardiola, though he wants financial and transfer market assurances, and Conte, who, however, has shown himself to be somewhat unstable and prone to conflict.
Well, I know things don't always sound good because he comes from a Saudi league, but he's proven that with Al Hilal he was a champion every time he wanted to be. When he moved to Al Nassr to help CR7, he did well, he made them champions. So why can't he fix a team like Milan? It's not about where you are, it's about what you can do and what you can achieve with what you know. I know it sounds a bit crazy, but why not?

He led Atalanta to winning their first Europa league trophy and has moved Roma to champions league competition, this is something that the previous coaches found difficult to do so it will definitely make the board and management happy with him. Next season will be tough and I'm sure he's got the team in the right headspace for it. Roma were brilliant last season and I have to admit that signing Donyell Malen was a very right call for the club seeing as he has netted a total of 15 goals,14 in the Serie A since coming, an impressive record for a striker considering the period of time he came in. Yeah, like you said, I also feel Gasperini should be given a better budget this time around.

I like coaches that make good use of what they have available to do something fantastic, coaches like Iraola, De Zerbi, Fabregas and Gasperini, these are reliable coaches that can be trusted with teams that are midtable and expect a good result at the end, Roma is lucky to seize the opportunity when Atalanta lost him. Although Roma board now have to fully support Gasperini in this coming transfers since he's put them in a position to compete in a major competition, they'll have to upgrade the team so they can compete better, I trust Gasperini to know the quality of players that would suit his squad if they make the funds available.

Milan doesn't just need a coach like Jesus, they really need to radically change many aspects. They had started well, but then it's not clear how they got lost along the way. It's always the coach's fault, we're used to it now, but it was disastrous football and I doubt it's just the coach's fault. In fact, the point is also to get players who are important to Jesus, obviously always if something like this happened.
Can we blame the coach completely? you do not think there are some aspects that relates with the players performance too that if they are improved, they will do better than they have done in the most recent season? maybe some tactical improvements should be done along side some replacement of certain players as changing of the coach may not be the best option in that the team will now need some whole new time for readjustments and alignment with the new coach.

Thanks for telling, I did not know that info, I thought he would coach longer considering he had only been with Al Nassr for a season and had given the title. so never thought he would leave the team that quickly. So with this news it's clear Milan have a good chance to sign him. Jorge Jesus can revive Milan competitive aura in Serie A especially if the management also brings in quality players as well, because I agree that Milan currently lacks that in the squad. Sometimes only a few players are reliable and others play badly.
Milan must seek stability. I'll start by saying that as a fan i am very angry about how is going, not for a year, but for three years now, we're really sucking and i don't recognize my team anymore. We must try to rebuild seriously without getting lost in bullshit.

You mean if your coach is not doing well to help your club to achieve what they want you should keep such coach in your club? that is what majority of Italian league managements are avoiding because they believe that when you have a good coach then he or she can help them to achieve what they want from the season. But the way thing are going now with Inter Milan, I guess they will continue maintaining their coach, because their coach has brought a lot of development into their club that will make them to repeat what is going to happen in this Italian league trophy.
Club like Juventus and other their management will like to change their coach, because the kind results they secure in this season is not encouraging at all, because they started well from the beginning before they began to lose to get to the position they are now.
Having the club on your side that can afford to keep a coach who is doing a terrible job is something that few clubs can afford, having a negative score sometimes means that a mid-table team is very likely to be eliminated and relegated.

The thing about Leao is that, in Italy he is not worth as much as he would be in premier league or la liga. If he was winger of let's say Liverpool or city or Barcelona etc, he would be worth 100+ million easily without a doubt.
Right now, teams are coming in with offers as low as 50 million, which Milan will not accept I believe, but they could maybe do 50 million now, and rest in instalments type of thing, like 10 a year for 3 more years on top of that? So he comes in cheap and that's why many teams think it is worth a shot.
But why do you think this difference? If someone is good, they are good and that's it, their value can't change just because they play in Italy and not in other Championships. I have never understood this evaluation criterion, in any case I would accept to invest in new people, perhaps in unknown but promising players. No one ever takes this risk, they are almost afraid to take the risk.

Milan must get rid of some players or they will never qualify for the Champions League next season. I said this because Serie A has become more competitive and small teams are now strong enough to defeat the big teams, which is one of the reasons why Milan did not make it to the Champions League this season. Luka Modric is a good player, but we should also know that he is old and does not have the strength to play in big games. Despite being one of the most successful clubs in Europe, Milan has turned to a team that can’t compete in the Champions League again. Instead of giving him another contract, Ac Milan should let him join another league, such as MLS.

Roma finished the season in third place in the points table. This is undoubtedly a big achievement for them. It is very rare that we see Roma in the champions league. This has been possible with the help of Gasperini. Roma's squad is not very strong. Anyway, they have managed to keep their overall performance stable. Especially in the second half of the season, they have performed incredibly well. They have won all their last 5 matches. And this is why Roma has finally qualified for the champions league.

Milan's legendary squad is gone, and those years may never come again. Therefore, players like Maldini and Pirlo will only remain in our memories. The current squads aren't bad either; the young players are doing their best, but of course, it's not enough. They're starting to become a team that provides more entertainment, and more importantly, Serie A has become a competitive and exciting league overall. So we should focus on the present; we're now watching players like Nkunku and Pulisic

AC Milan has certainly made significant improvements after failing to qualify for the champions league. Key members of the ac milan board have been fired, and several key players have chosen to leave. I believe next season will see a new face from the players, coaches, and board. While ac milan is a major Serie A team, their reputation is slowly fading as their strength weakens. There are no shining players for ac milan this season, no goal scoring strikers, and their play is very dull. I hope they make more targeted improvements in this transfer window. They need to recruit quality players and a qualified coach to build a stronger team.

I think it's better for Leao to leave Milan. It would be a shame if his potential wasn't fully developed there. He'll definitely struggle to win trophies at Milan, as it's been proven over the past few seasons that Milan has struggled to become champions. Therefore,, I think it's better for Leao to leave Milan and join another team. I know that two teams are interested in Leao: Manchester United and Arsenal. I think if Leao joins either of those teams,, his career could improve. Arsenal has proven capable of competing with top teams in the Champions League.
Joining Arsenal, for example,, would make him a more well-known player and potentially win prestigious trophies. Therefore, I don't think Milan should hold Leao back from moving teams. As long as the offer is good,, I think it's better for Milan to let him go. Because, fundamentally, Leao doesn't seem to be entirely comfortable at Milan. Essentially, Leao doesn't have teammates who can play well with him at Milan. So,, Leao would be better off leaving for another team at this point.
And Arsenal is known for winning a lot . Just because they won one premier league this season, after 22 years of not getting it, I do not think that we can call Arsenal a good example to go to a club to win stuff lol. But even with that in mind, Leao doesn't fit them, they already have a squad that works, putting Leao in there would disrupt things for now. I think if he wants to leave, he needs to go to a team that lacks a good player in his position, but has overall a great team.

ON top of Leao wanting to leave, Milan should utilize and sell him now when he worths some money. I do not know how much they can get for him, but I am sure that they are going to get a lot for him without a doubt. Considering they have failed to be good for two years in a row now, Milan is in need of a lot of money.
Selling Leao would be covering most of that, they would be bale to get some player that is far cheaper to replace him, and they already do, he did not play every game this year. So they could use that money to bankroll next season, after all they have other income as well and not just him, and his sale would be just covering the difference between what they earn, and what they need for the next season.

They want immediate success, but it doesn't come instantly. Therefore, they need patience. However, they lack patience and constantly change managers. This is one of the reasons for their failures. Milan is one of the oldest and strongest teams in Italy. If they learn to be patient, they will achieve greater success.

What Milan needs now is not just one player as a star they need to rebuild the team and they need good numbers of players mixed with young talents and experienced players that are well matured not just players that are at the age of retirement who would just play for a season before ending their football career. For Luka Modric he is still very good with the ball but he's aged and he can't carry the team on his shoulders. Italian teams should try to have future plans that will help them not to become a failed team when their players retire.

I agree with you, is like Ac Milan are planning to fail, the players they have are good but they need to make some changes like something the other clubs in the Serie A haven't seen before. Maybe a team that attack more than they defend or do both, defend and attack more because from how we saw them play last season they struggle to even get goals against smaller team, if they find it hard to score against teams like Parma is it club like Inter, Juventus or even Como that they could get goals? No it doesn't work like that, see how Inter are building themselves every season always at the difficult side of losing, attack is strong and the defenders are hard as rock, hard to penetrate and it gives the goalkeeper that confidence of getting the job done when the time comes, that is what Ac Milan need at this moment, no dullness is allowed.
